I have had issues with this chick-fl-a for my past 3 orders (which has been the same every time.) I ordered a 12 count meal large mac and cheese with a cookies and cream shake, Grilled wrap and large fry. The first time I got my order I was upset with the fact that they did not fill my large fry. I paid for a large and got a medium. Times are tough and money is tight, and I was upset that this is what they gave me for my large fry. I called, and they said they would replace the fry within a 3 day timeframe. I went back up within the time frame and ordered my previous order again. This time they failed to give me a 12 count nugget, and instead gave me an 8 count. I called up again, and they said they would give me that meal for free. (The 12 count mac and cheese, and cookies and cream shake.) Today I went up to receive my free meal along with a grilled wrap and large fry. I only truly wanted a 12 count nugget, large fry and the grilled wrap this time. However, I was supposed to be compensated for my meal that they said they were going to replace. Upon arrival they only replaced the 12 count nuggets and I had to pay for the whole rest of the order. If i knew this was the situation beforehand I wouldn’t have ordered the shake and mac and cheese because I truly didn’t want it this time. It was only supposed to be replaced, and therefore thats why I ordered it. I am beyond disappointed. I am not one to complain or look for handouts. I just wanted to make managers aware of what is going on. It truly feels like staff is in such a rush that they are making simple mistakes. From now on I will be driving to bartow for my chick-fl-a orders. Thank you, and god bless! (:

Above-average Chick-fil-A, but not what it used to be. Five years ago, this was one of the best in the country. Now there’s more automation, less friendly service, and employees often seem inconvenienced by in-person orders. Food quality also feels slightly worse. Still better than most, but clearly a falling star.
I wish they would go back to more in person, ordering, intentional, positive attitude, and try to automate less! Automation is not always better, and more efficiency can come at the cost of relationship.

Food came out quick. But with no napkins, sauce, silverware, or straws. The salad didn’t include any of the toppings or the dressing either. Had to go home to eat this.. kind of defeats the purpose of a drive through/fast food.

Had the pleasure of having a gentleman by the name of Fred take my order and serve me today. He was extremely kind and polite. Quick service and food was outstanding.. 5 stars for Fred!!

It’s litteraly chickfila, how would it not be 5 stars, obviously the prices have gone up nobody likes that but they have to make money, the food is always great, hot and reasonably fresh compared to competiton like McDonald’s, This specific Chick-fil-A is a little crazy, they are absolutely crazy busy, I mean like 20-30 cars in the drive through at one time, but it’s a designed in a way that everybody gets though as fast as possible. My only complaint is if I get a ice cream in a cup they forget my spoon half the time, but considering that’s my only complaint and it’s just a spoon, yeah y’all get the 5 stars
To the SM I work at the Starbucks down the road, he brings us some free sandwich vouchers sometimes and we all get so happy about it , makes our day. We just wish we could give something back, but alas corporate strictly forbids trading with other restaurants. Thank you though.

I am a little disappointed with this location. I’ve just seen things go down hill. The service isn’t how it used to be, the foods presentation has been slacking slightly, and the inside is just overly crowded. Not to mention the last few times I have dined here my food has been cold and the fries are never full. I remember when you would order a large fry that would be exactly what you’d get. Now when you order that you’re maybe getting a medium amount in a large sized box. I know if Mr. Brickhouse was served something like this it would be a problem, so why let your loyal customers experience it.

I used the love coming here, now not so much. Every time I’ve been within the last 4 months something is either missing, or rung up incorrectly or just wrong. When I call to get it put in the system they confirm it’s in there and when I go to pick it up they say “oh we don’t have it in the system” crazy.
The customer service is at best, I don’t even get rushed like this at McDonald’s. It’s less about connection and more about how many cars they can get through the line and how fast they can do everything. Which domino effect causes the order accuracy to decrease.
Hopefully they will be less concerned with their numbers and rushing everyone through and go back to the root of Chick-fil-A which is to provide excellent service and make connections with the guests again.

Horrible experience trying to order. This whole order from your table thing is so dumb. Sat there for 10 min trying to order from the app. Meanwhile no one came to take my order. I finally had to stand up and go to the counter, just for them to finally see me and take my order. Then my food was delivered in a to go paper bag and no tray. Do better.
