Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but after three visits in a row with incorrect orders, I’m officially upset. Today was the final straw. I ordered the 4 for $4 meal online and they got EVERY single part of it wrong. Mind you, this is at 4:00pm and no one was in the drive through. It’s not like the order was made at 2am. I asked for a chocolate caramel Frosty, but apparently the chocolate machine was down. Fine, frustrating but whatever. But then I get home and realize they gave me the wrong burger. Not only was it the wrong one, it was ice cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. To top it off, my nuggets were a mix of regular and spicy—two of each. How does that even happen? I get that it’s fast food, but three messed up orders in a row is just ridiculous. This is embarrassing. It also takes 3-5 minutes for someone inside to talk to you on the drive through order machine. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE!!!

Regularly go here. I like the lunch n dinner food but the breakfast meals just do not taste good, its almost like rubbery taste or like its been sitting around to long, definitely does not taste fresh. I just avoid the breakfast here but the lunch and dinner meals are real good..

It was cold outside, so we stopped by Wendy’s in Ashburn, VA and ordered chili to warm up—and it hit the spot. The chili was hot, flavorful, and exactly what we needed on a cold day. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly. A simple, comforting meal that did the job perfectly.

If I could give them zero stars I would, I came through the drive thru placed my order the man taking the orders was rushing me to hurry up. Wouldn’t repeat my order to confirm it was correct. When I got to the window and ask him to repeat he ignored me and just charged my card. So then I asked for a receipt he got and attitude for even asking mind you my order was wrong and when I received my baconator fries they had poured about 4 oz of oil in the container soaking the entire bag and part of my seat. And each burger had only half of the ingredients on them. This location has gone down hill in recent months. Would rather go across to Brambleton Wendy instead. And the guys taking order was a 50 something year old hindi man.

Came by to get a dave’s single and it was great! The worker took my order quick and was very nice. Only thing was that the road alongside the drive through was a bit hard to drive around, they didn’t do a good job plowing. But the service was great and the food was tasty!

This Wendy’s has some of the worst management I’ve ever encountered anywhere. When I walked up to order, an employee gave me a sideways look like I was an inconvenience for simply trying to buy food. Then the manager — unbelievably — refused to take my order for no valid reason at all.
At that point I had to tell them straight up: fix your management. The disrespect, the unprofessional behavior, and the complete lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. If this is how the manager runs the place, it’s no surprise the staff behaves the same way.
This location seriously needs a full reset in leadership, training, and attitude. Until they overhaul the management, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Went through the drive through and at the window asked for bbq sauce and got a finger wagged in my face and was lectured about how the sauce costs .50 cents and next time he won’t give me the sauce unless I pay for the sauce up front.
One of the most wild business decisions I’ve ever witnessed in my life to burn a bridge with a customer over sauce. He could’ve charged me .50 cents I don’t care about the 50 cents. I do care about being treated that way though. Won’t come back obviously.

Consistent only in being terrible. I’m not exaggerating when I say you can expect at least 1 thing to be wrong with your order every single time you make a purchase. You’ll inexplicably get 2 burgers and 1 won’t have lettuce for some reason. Sauce? They’ll always forget at least 1. Sometimes, it’s the straw. Again, only thing you can expect is they’re consistent in messing up at least 1 part of an order.

Quick and Yummy. I and my girlfriend got the Dave’s single for free apart of the t mobile Tuesday promo. The burger was warm, juicy and had a freshly cooked taste. The lettuce was crunchy, the tomatoe were fresh and everything about it was perfect. When ordering, I just told him my order, he said pull up to the window, he gave me my burgers in less than 2 mins and I drove off. Exactly how fast food should be!!!

I’m very disappointed by our service and the food we received. This is the absolute worst fast food experience we’ve ever had. My son ordered 10 saucey chicken nuggets, 10 plain nuggets, and a large fry combo meal. Unfortunately the order was wrong, we got no saucey nuggets just plain ones, medium fry and medium drink instead of the large that we ordered and paid for. And to top it off the nuggets are cold and dry. Needless to say we will not be back.
