HIGHLY impressed with how friendly and helpful the service was. Got seated within 5 mins. Wait was a little long for food but we went at peak time (10am on Saturday) so we got our food maybe 30 mins after ordering but we saw everyone working very hard and quick. Kyrah, our server was kind and attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Food was fantastic and tasted like a home cooked breakfast. Absolutely delicious!

Very tasty pork chops asked for extra spices and it didn’t fail tasted delicious. Will be back again my babies asked to come every other week and for dinner or breakfast. I had the pleasure of visiting the new Waffle House in Manor, TX today, during their soft opening, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I felt like a VIP person when I was greeted in the parking lot.
The service was lightning fast, and the food was delicious! A huge shoutout to Kyrah, our server—she truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. Her smile and positive attitude made us feel right at home. We definitely need more people like her in the service industry!

I was super excited this location was opening. You can tell they are working on getting the swing of things. The food is great or rushed and under cooked.
Also the cleanliness is surprising for any Waffle House. They sweep trash against the wall until they are ready to sweep up.

Really enjoyed the food and service at the waffle House. Only minor mishap with an egg being slightly overcooked, but otherwise on point. Our server was very attentive, and checked in with us at a decent frequency.
One big issue though, and not related to food or service. Two groups of patrons(one white and one black)began arguing, because the white teenagers were misbehaving, staring and laughing at the black family. Over what I don’t know but it upset the black family and rightfully so. The father of the white family engaged with the upset black father and it got tense in the restaurant. The black family left, and the white father proceeded to stand and stare out the window as they left. I find the white family’s behavior uncalled for and the boys should have been reprimanded. Boys that age, and trust me I’ve been that age, are stupid and misbehave. As a parent you should consider the fact that your kids are misbehaving and reprimand them instead of assuming they haven’t done anything wrong.
It would have been nice if that family had been blacklisted from the restaurant, but unfortunately that did not occur. Please note that I am white and I know full well how we can sometimes act negatively towards others. We must be better than that and teach our kids to be better.
