I placed an order online. I then waited 20 minutes outside in my vehicle until the app told me my order was ready. I proceeded to go inside the store to get my order, but the employee told me it would take another 20 minutes for chicken to be ready. I said “That’s fine, I’ll wait.” 20 more minutes passed and I asked if my order was ready. It was not. I asked how much longer and they told me another 10 minutes. At that point I had been waiting way too long. I asked for the manager and the shift manager came out. I asked if I could get a refund and she told me refunds have to be done online. I asked how much longer on my order and she said “2 more minutes”. I waited another 10 minutes until my order came out. It took this store almost an entire hour to make a 16-piece family meal. The frustrating part about this is that customers in both the lobby and drive-thru were getting their orders before I was, when I had placed my order way ahead of time. I’m not surprised with this bad experience I had at this store because it is not the first bad experience I’ve had here. Our family avoids this store for a few reasons but last night we wanted to give them another chance to do it right. And they failed. We will definitely never purchase anything from this store again.

Food that I purchased was pathetic. Half the bowl was full, LITTLE amount of chicken. Pretty sure isn’t the amount that KFC ADVERTISES them to put on a bowl.

Stopped as we were driving through and placed our order. The food itself was good, but wondered if the cashier was trying to pocket extra cash. When we placed our order for two meals and I realized the total she said was almost $15 more than it should have been, which would have been 3x’s the price of one meal. I asked her to tell me the number of items ordered and the prices and she claimed they were what we ordered and the same prices as on the menus, so then I asked what the difference was and she said it was tax. Since we weren’t from here, I asked what the tax rate was and she didn’t know, but I said there was no way the tax was $15. I asked her to show me her screen so I could see the totals, she said she couldn’t show me, but after a few minutes of me telling her there was no way her numbers added up, she eventually got down to $3 more than the menu, which when we got the receipt was for tax. Pay attention to what they charge here.

Teenage workers in the back making pasco look bad. Our order was pre made as soon as we paid they handed it to us instantly , the 20$ fillup box was rough to eat. Idk how you mess up cooking chicken but here you do.

I placed an online order for pick up. Nobody in the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and told them I was picking up my order. Response from two different employees was “you have to come inside” when asked “why” they couldn’t give me an answer. It is 100 degrees outside and I am 9 months pregnant. I had to drive around and just to walk in and pick up my order that was INCORRECT. I didn’t realize it until I got home and I live 15 minutes away. Tried calling their facility knowing they would likely not do anything about it regardless and they did not answer. I am very dissatisfied and will not be returning my business to this location or likely KFC in general.

I saw 5 young adults behind the counter and it took one of them 5 mins to take my order. When we were choosing our seat we noticed that every table was dirty, so I cleaned one off myself. When our order came my sons chicken nuggets were cold and looked old. They did replace them with fresh ones. I told one of the young adults that all the tables were dirty and he did proceed to clean them.

I come here frequently, because it’s close to where I work, and almost every time I go, something gets messed up. I’m a patient person and will either let it go, or politely ask for it to be fixed, but this last time was inexcusable. I got their new chicken nugget combo and some cheese curds. They said that the cheese curds would take about five minutes, which was no problem. The guy at the window hands me my drink, which is the wrong size, and before I can ask for it to be fixed, he tells me to park in one of the spots to wait for my food and then walks away. I let it go and park in front of the restaurant, waiting for my food. It takes closer to 15 minutes, and when I finally get my food, I realize it’s not my order. I ask the lady who brought it out to me and she goes back inside. I wait another 10 minutes, my lunch break is almost over, and she finally brings my food out and tells me she double checked it. I’m in a hurry so I leave, and when I’m finally able to sit down and eat, I realize that I was given mini corndogs instead of chicken, the wrong side, and my cheese curds were so overcooked, they were hollow inside and dark brown. I tried calling the restaurant multiple time, they never picked up. Very unhappy. Spend your money anywhere else but this location. Terrible.

Paid $50.00 for a 16 piece chicken with 4 large sides (the only sides I could have were mashed potatoes and coleslaw (coupon did not say that) so false advertising. I get 2 of ea that aren’t even close to 50% full. They did not give me a receipt either nor do they answer their phones. I would absolutely love to post the pictures. Oh and before I end this, they didn’t have 2 legs extra crispy so I said it was fine unfortunately half of my 16 piece was not crispy at all. Total scam..

Poor cleaning as you walk in. As soon as you look into the kitchen their kitchen is a disaster for bacteria to grow and cause food-born illnesses. Their soda machine is not properly cleaned as I’ve tried their Sweet Peach Mountain Dew, you taste and it tastes like you ate a whole peach. The staff is lazy, incompetent, and they rather stand around in the kitchen and be on their phones. If you want your business to succeed clean the place
