Eduardo’s is an excellent new Italian restaurant that has quickly become a must-visit in Fort Lauderdale.
We started our meal with the Fritto Misto appetizer, a perfectly prepared dish featuring a light, crisp batter on shrimp, calamari, and mushrooms. It was served with a dipping sauce of truly flavorful tomato sauce.
For our main courses, we sampled the Chicken Francese, Chicken Parmigiana, and Penne Vodka. Every dish offered healthy-sized portions and tasted fantastic. The Chicken Francese was a standout: perfectly cooked to a beautiful brown on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside, coated in a classic, tangy lemon-and-garlic sauce. Even the accompanying side of spaghetti was remarkably flavorful (though diners can also opt for vegetables and potatoes). Both the Chicken Parmigiana and the Penne Vodka also highlighted that wonderful, flavorful tomato sauce.
We will absolutely be visiting Eduardo’s again soon!

Italian food is not my husband’s favorite food, but this time, I decided to try something I wanted to eat. We walked in and were greeted warmly. We were told we could make ourselves comfortable, so we sat at a table with a bench and chair. The menu was simple which we liked. We were given a bread basket with toasted bread and butter. We ordered the snapper two ways. I went with the recommendation of the server version for my snapper. I ate every bite of my snapper. It was cooked in a buttery citrusy sauce and bread crumbs on top. The potatoes and spinach were nice accompaniments. My husband said his pasta was not as al dente as he liked. He did not like the olives in the sauce. I thought my fish tasted better as his had an after taste I did not like. We paid cash to receive the small discount for cash payment. Our cash total came to $96.30 and the card total was $100.15.
The snapper price was $45 each. I did think that was excessively high because the salmon was $32. Other than the cost of the snapper, all was good.

Such a cozy and comfortable spot, the inside really feels like a traditional Italian restaurant. I ordered the ravioli and it was incredibly flavorful. Everything tasted very fresh, and the prices are great for the quality you get. Definitely a place worth visiting!

Lovely, quaint new restaurant that opened in the former Hangry Joe’s spot. I had the chicken Francese and caprese salad. Both dishes were fresh and flavorful and huge portions. Very good value for the $

Great Italian restaurant with excellent service.
The food was delicious and the service was attentive and welcoming. The gnocchi with white sauce and burrata was incredibly creamy and flavorful, and the Chicken Francese was perfectly cooked and well seasoned.
Definitely worth visiting — I’ll be back.

Opened only for six months when we visited. The food was fantastic, authentic Italian nicely presented and everything we had was delicious. Our waitress had a little bit of a language barrier, but was so accommodating. Would highly recommend. They didn’t have a liquor license at the time we’ve visited so be sure to bring your own if desired.

Eduardo’s is a charming new restaurant that just opened in a nondescript strip mall in Fort Lauderdale. Eduardo’s restaurant itself is anything but nondescript! It’s a very small, intimate place with food that tastes like it was made by a genuine Italian Nonna. It’s so good! Everything is fresh and home made, and the chef will adapt any dish to whatever you like. Paul was the only waiter that night, and he was funny, efficient, helpful and competent. You feel like you’re being served by family. There were four of us, and we had the lasagna (HUGE and delicious), the rack of lamb (cooked perfectly), red snapper Livornese (not on the menu but made special for me!) and veal Marsala, which my cousin LOVED. We all sampled the pasta Fagioli soup which was the best that any of us have ever had. They don’t have their liquor license yet, but you can BYOB or order a drink from the bar next door and the waiter will deliver it to you. If it’s not a family operation here, it certainly feels like it is, and we totally felt like part of the family!

We were out of town for a conference and were looking for an Italian restaurant for dinner. Man did I pick the right one! From the friendly inviting greet as soon as you walk in the door, to the openness to adjust anything on the menu, and finally the taste! I don’t know what they’re going to do when word gets out and seating is very limited. Anytime I’m visiting the area in the future, it’ll be a must stop!

I was really excited to visit this restaurant last weekend and support a local business. Sadly, it was not a good experience at all. Our server clearly had never waited tables before, and didn’t seem to understand even basic steps, like removing menus after we placed our order. When we noticed parties seated well after us getting their food and inquired with her, the look on her face clearly indicated she had forgotten to put the order in. When the food finally arrived, I got the wrong dish. She never offered to replace it, nor to refund it.
Won’t be back. Best of luck to the restaurant.

With dozens of Italian restaurants to choose from, this one will be the place you will most likely frequent. The lasagna is the best I’ve ever had. No exaggeration Portions are generous. You can taste the love in every bite. Lucky for me I live close by. Excellent!!!
