Placed an online order and was called shortly after. They told me they were out of cheese sticks. I asked if there’s anything they could substitute. Responds with “nah we’re basically out of everything”. Says I can go in the app and cancel no problem. Wrong. I went to the store to try and get the problem fixed. Waited at the counter for 8 minutes to be dismissed and told “ there’s nothing we can do”. Paid for food, didn’t receive food and received the worst customer service ever. I know places get busy, and I’m very understanding as I’ve worked in restaurants but this was an absolute joke.

Wish I could put NO stars but that’s not an option. For the money you pay it’s a shame how awful the food is. Food was cold, we had no condiments on our sandwiches, little chicken in chicken sandwich. Oh and the Mac and cheese looked like they put it out in the morning and served it after putting in microwave for a bit. Never eating here again.

What terrible experience at Arby’s try to go inside and Order. They told me they were crazy busy so i never got to order inside. Then went to the drive thru. No one is inside at all and only 3 cars in the drive thru. What a mess. They need new management. They over 6 people working in there. Never again will I go here.
