Busy i get it.. but 1 hr for dinng area… this place just gets slower and slower…….old reciew: service is still slow…30 min min for 15 wings. Someone needs manage this place better. Sauces are weak and to runny. And the wings are not crispy at all.

I hadn’t ordered Wingstop in years, but decided to pickup takeout as a Mother’s Day meal. I like their unique fries with their ranch. I arrived home with the meal (30 minute drive) and there’s NO RANCH!!!

I waited 2 HOURS for a sandwich and an 8-piece combo—absolutely ridiculous. When I finally got my order, the fries were ice cold and everything was just thrown together with zero care. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I asked about the delay. I don’t usually complain but this was easily THE worst experiences I’ve had with any restaurant. Do better, Wingstop.

There was this cashier,.. don’t know her name, but the receipt says sylvia. I walked in, and didn’t even greet me, as she continued to sweep. While NOBODY WAS AT THE COUNTER! I had to get her attention, and she looked at me like I couldn’t wait.
Cook is VERY INEXPERIENCED.

-No paper towels (You have to rip them off a paper towel roll)
-Sometimes they don’t have the sauce you want or potato salad.
-The tea is not good.
-Sometime they have to give you the cup with ICE if the machine ran out.
