I called Papa John’s and went through the entire ordering process, only to be told at the end that my card was invalid. That was frustrating, but I initially brushed it off. I checked my bank account a few minutes later and saw that my card had been charged 7 times, totaling almost $500. I immediately called back to report the issue, and no one seemed willing to take my concern seriously or offer real help. The lack of urgency and care made an already stressful situation even worse. This is a serious billing issue, and I expected much better customer service. I will be very cautious about ordering again after this experience.

I’ve ordered from here twice and both times have been abysmal.
The first time was on New Years Eve, so I was willing to cut them a little slack, but this latest time was inexcusable.
I’ve attached pitcures. The pizzas don’t even have enough cheese to cover the dough. The cheese pizza was supposed to have extra cheese.
Then I also splurged for chicken wings. Big mistake. They were the smallest wings I’ve seen. They were also burnt and barely had any sauce on them.
I’m very forviging when it comes to food service, but this is ridiculous.

Do not order delivery from this location. They do not check orders on the way out and you will be missing things you paid for. If you can to correct it/ remove the payment they will immediately put you on hold. I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes in total, of the two times I called i was told to wait 5 minutes. At this point I can’t tell if it’s complete incompetence or genuine theft. Either way, never order from this location.
Update: over 45 minutes of waiting for “5 minutes”. This location exists to short change you and will attempt to wait you out in the hope that you won’t continue to ask for the refund you rightly deserve.

So frustrated with this place. I was starving last night. It said they closed at 2 but I figured I’d ask if they could deliever anyway. I put in my order PAID and waited until 2 when I realized I was not getting my pizza. Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not order here. I wish I would have looked at the reviews.

I place an offer on a. Completely dead Friday. They said 10 minutes, so I wait outside. I come back in after 15 and it’s not ready. They said 6 more minutes. So, I wait outside some more. Come back in. They check and it’s still not ready. Now, I just wait inside.
Business starts to pick up. A bunch of people come and go. The chef starts complaining about everyone. See a tumble weave blowing across the floor into the kitchen.
Then they realize my pizza has been sitting there this whole time.
I feel like it’s something like this every time I come here, so it’s really my bad for forgetting to not come here.

An okay-ish pizza spot—decent enough for a cozy, rainy day, but nothing to write home about. With all the great pizza options Nashville has to offer, there are definitely better choices out there.

Never order here. I ordered online and waiting for an hour with no update. I called only to hear poor excuses and that they haven’t started to make my order yet. Another hour and multiple calls later, I simply hear that the pizza could not be delivered with absolutely no explanation or accountability. Will never spend money here again.
