Every 6-9 months I forget how bad this location is, and then order something and am reminded how much I should not have come back. I ordered ahead and ended up waiting a half an hour past the estimated time because they accidently gave my pizza to someone else.
I gave it a quick glance before I left, but that was just to check that it was a pretzel crust. I get home and find out I should have looked harder because they used the wrong sauce AND what I thought was some sort of parmesan or other sauce was salt… WAY more salt than should be even for a pretzel crust. Half of it was just inedible
The time before that I had to wait 15-20 minutes because the girls in the back were arguing loudly at each other and apparently nothing was getting made.
One of the times before that, ordered through the app and got there just to find out that the location didn’t even have anyone there.

Ordered on the app at 6:23. Not a huge order at all. Watching people come in and leave with cheesy bread without placing an order. Finally asked around 6:50pm if it will be much longer and she said she was just waiting on the cheesy bread. 15 minutes later still no bread. Absolutely insane. Got our food at 7:17. I get they might he short staffed and thats understandable, however there were 2 people just sitting at the computer.
Edit: had to change rating on the quality of the food, how do we wait almost an hour and have cold food? Got home 6 minutes away and the pizza was old and cold.

The staff were rude and nobody came up to the front for a long time we had ordered a pepperoni pretzel crust pizza and they gave us a normal pepperoni pizza so I went back to get it remade and the manger was also very rude and sassy about the formal polite complaint about it and I asked for a refund and they didn’t give me one they gave us the pizza back after slopping the cheese on top with salt VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL when I asked for a supervisor number or a number to make a complaint to they refused to give me the number they also didn’t even bother to remake it

Possibly the worst Little Caesars in the state.
Waited 20 minutes before they even started the order. 10 minutes later: “We’re still waiting on Crazy Bread”. 10 minutes later still waiting. Almost 50 minutes total. They said something to another customer that they don’t start making an order until they have 3 orders to make. At least 3 people back there, seems like only 1 doing anything. Ignoring people at the desk and not putting completed orders in the pickup cabinet. Completed orders not handed to customers. Ridiculous.

I order from here regularly, and they never have enough staff. I always order ahead, but still often have to wait longer than usual for food or even just stand at the counter for a number of minutes before anyone even comes out front. They also frequently don’t have any hot and ready pizzas available. This is a consistent problem.

The last three times I’ve been here, it has taken them at least 30 minutes to even get my pre-ordered pizza in the oven. Employees are never apologetic, they always seem angry that I’m even asking about the food I ordered.

4:06p I placed my order and it was not started according to the track my feature for 45 minutes.
In the end it took and hour and 11 minutes for pizzas to be boxed and ready for a carry out order.
I wasn’t offered a refund or discount by management who came in to help while other employees went back and forth in the parking lot to play and giggle.
If this is how a national business is ran ill never set foot in the place again.

Dough was still raw and my breads ticks had no seasoning so I brought it back up there and the girl with a blonde wig and a call of duty hat was rude and disrespectful. Rolled her eyes when I had an issue. Had them make it again and it was STILL WRONG. I am never coming back here I recommend yall dont either. I also think she should get fired for being that rude to a paying customer

The attitude of every worker here is pretty horrible, but usually my food is fine. I knew I should’ve checked my food before pulling off, but this is a mess and I have more cross than I have pizza essentially. The girl practically slug the pizza in my face when I when I went to go pick it up and then get home with a mishaped and underwhelming pizza. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, and you’ve lost a customer for life. They need a whole new staff at this point. Smh.

Ordered online and waited over an hour for my order before leaving with no refund. Nobody was coming to the front for orders, to explain the situation, or offer any compensation for our time and money wasted. They also will NOT answer the phone either. I am still trying to get refunded for the food I failed to receive yesterday.
I normally do not leave bad reviews, this may be my first in YEARS. But this location needs some serious work if they plan to stay in business.
Don’t even waste your time. It may be affordable pizza but it will be lost money regardless.

If I could give 0 stars i would, and I personally love little ceasars pizza but this location is just horrible. Order pretzel crust multiple times and they give you sloppy wet garlic sauce with salt topping. If you don’t have the pretzel crust I get it but don’t charge me for something you don’t have or cannot provide. I wouldn’t recommend this location just make the drive to another one.
