I wish that i could leave 0 stars. extremely unprofessional and food safety is not a main. concern at all. This place is honestly the last place i would consider eating from based strictly on health reviews. coming from someone that works with food myself. 0/10. just pure disgusting food and service.

Worst service in this taco bell. NEVER ORDER ONLINE, Your food will guaranteed be tempered with. Ordered food online at 9:48. Came to pick up at 10:20 in drive thru. The food was still not ready even after an empty drive thru and store was not busy at all. Employees were horrible. The Spanish lady in kitchen started cursing when I went back in store to get my order corrected as they gave me wrong items. Told them no lettuce & no beef still had lettuce & beef in my Doritos taco.

My door dasher forgot 90% of my order so I had called this Taco Bell and they said I can come and get the rest myself. As I pull through the drive through the General Manager Alan, who was the nicest person I’ve met at a Taco Bell, gave me two free taco redeem cards to apologize for a mistake which wasn’t even his own.

None of the kiosks work, burrito was rolled sloppy, and the staff were rather insolent about the whole situation. Yeah, it’s fast food, but way to lower the bar West Long Branch!

We got the wrong order twice. When we went back to correct our order, they still messed it up.
Also, since there is no indoor dining, it’s an inconvenience to go through the drive thru .

I was having trouble with my app and the manager on duty really helped me , I got what I wanted the food was fresh it was made fresh and tasted amazing. The workers were really kind and patient . It was very busy because it’s Friday and Christmas is in 5 days but the workers were patient , helped me use the app, and made my food really well. Restaurant was clean I ate inside. Thank you !! Have happy holidays !
