Typical Starbucks location with all of the things you would expect to find at these cafes. I was able to use the app to order and pick up through the drive-thru. It was not too busy so it was a quick trip and everything was ready once I arrived. No real complaints as it was what I expected.

This is the slowest location i’ve ever been to it takes them 20+ mins to get through 7 cars which is inadequate. Strongsville location on pearl rd gets through the same amount of cars in half the time. such a convenient location for me it sucks how slow it is every single time

Sucks!!! New locations tend to have it rough in the beginning but these “baristas” are so rude! Ignores customers on a regular basis and rips customers off by purposely screwing up orders. Today, I ordered 2 drinks, just in case one was messed up. Guess what?! One was messed up! My triple grande peppermint white mocha had no whipped cream or chocolate curls. I had to pay over $6 for this drink. As a daily Starbucks goer and spender, I would avoid this place!!! Highly do not recommend!!! Starbucks-I know you’re sorry and I would not like to reach out further. I would like a real person from Starbucks Corporate to take the time to properly train these employees. This review is to solely warn innocent victims looking for a cup of coffee to go to the Starbucks by Avon Commons-much better!

The staff here are amazing! Always get my drinks right! I had an issue with my debit card today. My bank is currently down and they were so understanding and gave me my drinks anyway! Big shout out to Aubrey for being such a nice and sweet girl! Btw, I’m still paying for the drinks

I arrived a little early so I waited 10 minutes next door and pulled up at 459AM just expecting to order at 5AM when they open. I ordered and pulled up to the window to hear someone shout “he’s a pilot” I’m not sure what that’s about but when I went to pay, the miserable person behind the counter chastised me that they don’t open until exactly 5am. I let it go, but as I drove away that is the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever received from Starbucks, and I order 3 times a week. It tastes the same everywhere in the world except Avon Ohio.
