My wife and I had an excellent experience at Montana’s BBQ & Bar. Interestingly, we live close by but had never tried it before. I usually go to other restaurants. I had a gift card from last year that I had just kept aside until my wife convinced me to finally use it, and I’m so glad we did.
The food was outstanding, especially the steak, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Everything tasted great and came out quickly.
What really made the experience exceptional was our waitress. She was fantastic, very attentive, friendly, and made sure we got exactly the spice level and cooking style we wanted. She kept checking on us and made the whole dining experience enjoyable. I told the supervisor how great she was. Her name is Anusha.
Needless to say, my wife and I promised we will be back again, next time with the whole family.
Highly recommend, it’s now officially one of our favourite places to dine.

The kids pizza was so gross. It was a soft round bread dipped in sauce and maybe a sprinkle of cheese. My daughter wouldn’t eat it, and when I tried it, I couldn’t possibly make her eat it. The waitress offered her something else, which my daughter refused as she was no longer hungry. But the waitress left the food just sitting on the edge of the table and only came once to see how we were doing.

This is my first visit here. I found our server to be slow and not always available. The taste of the food was quite delightful, even though the portion seemed to be smaller than the image suggests. The fries I got were cold and dry. Im disappointed.

Everything was amazing. The food was the best we’ve ever had. My chicken tacos were loaded with chicken and my husband said the burger he gets everytime was better than ever. Our serve was sweet and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lauren was awesome

Live music was warming up/ played one song. Answers based on that… during the sing they played congregation was definitely limited. Group size – tonight could have been any number- again I base that on available tables, God service and volume.

Came here to get some ribs and wings, no wait to be seated and got our food within 15 minutes ish. Ribs and wings were amazing as well as the Mac and cheese. Will be coming back

We used to come here regularly for ribs. Service has always been at least decent and usually quite good. Unfortunately, my husband found a bunch of hair with a dirt fluff attaching them all together in his rack of ribs they served him.. we gave the plate straight to the manager, and with no apology or any words really he took the plate and walked away. Our server came by to apologize and said they were making a fresh batch for us. When the bill came we were disappointed to see that no attempt was made to make things right – we weren’t expecting a free meal, but some sort of discount for the gross oversight would have been the right thing to do. We said this to our server and she brought the manager, Chris, back over. He immediately had an attitude and greeted us with a “what’s up?” (still no apology or acknowledgment of the error). We told him we would have expected something more to have been done given the situation, then he argued that replacing the ribs was sufficient. Fed up with his disgusting attitude and service, we paid the bill and will never be going back again. Really disappointing. If you really want to go to Montana’s, I would suggest trying a different location in KW.
