IDiner does not tip its workers. The workers (high-school students) are told to sign a contract that requires them to receive no tip (which anyone with common sense would know is illegal and morally wrong). When these students ask why they can’t receive their rightfully deserved tip, the owner goes “the tip gets taxed and you can quit if you don’t like it”.
