Go there for my breakfast. Get to work and noticed a hair, clipped into my lid in my coffee…. Whoever made my drink this morning, no I don’t need a piece of you in it…. Made me nervous as to what happened with my food, so I didn’t eat it. Thanks again Rittman BK, for being consistently

I went here with a friend and, unbeknownst to me, one of the workers had beef with my friend. I offered to pay for him and he used my card, but this worker recognized him and let him order and swipe the card only to walk to the back and call her boyfriend to come to the store. When her boyfriend got there he walked up to the table we were sitting at with his whole family and just started beating the crap out of my friend, spilling my fries everywhere. At the time I did not know who the boyfriend was so I was completely caught off guard by this random encounter. As I am sitting there dumbfounded at the fact that some guy just decided it was time for a beatdown on the guy I was trying to have a conversation with, I did eat the fries that didn’t fall on the floor and they were quite good. Very crispy and well salted. After the fight was settled and cops were called, I told them my side and left. Later, my friend told me they didn’t even give him the food I bought. So because this worker wanted to be petty towards this guy, she ended up scamming me out of my money. Very unprofessional. This all happened on Christmas Eve of all days as well. Once again, very unprofessional.

Have went through the drive through a few times now a little later in evening and have had la k of customer service. I understand restaurant work, retail. I know how someone’s day can go dealing with customers, but as a customer I do not deserve to be treated like a rude customer. I continued to be kind and still not even a smile. My food was not fresh but I went home and air fried bc I did not want to make drive thru’s day worse and I refuse to let it ruin my day. I will continue to go to support my hometown.

They have good food don’t get me wrong, but I stopped going here because the workers refused to wear gloves while handling our food and then they’re touching anything and everything because they don’t wear gloves while handling my food. I will not get food from there again because I don’t know if they wash there hands After they use the restroom

Great, fast service in the drive thru for lunch! Nice staff and very helpful. Royal Spicy chicken sandwich was VERY GOOD! Asked for no sauce and added cheese, they were on point. They even asked to add other sauces. Very friendly here in Rittman.

Fast and efficient but don’t fall for the “would you like to add a cookie for 79 cents?” scam. I’m only 5 feet tall and it fit in the palm of my hand. Good but sheesh.
