We tried one cold sandwich (Jholano’s Toasted) and one hot (Come Winter)—both were excellent. The sandwiches are on the pricey side but worth it for the size and flavor. I had the Sriracha chips, which were great, and we both got Diet Cokes. Portions were more than filling. The outdoor seating has a nice atmosphere. Overall, a bit pricey but well worth the money, and I’d definitely go back.

Lots of rave reviews but for the prices they are charging you need to get it right. Ordered two Rome at 3am sandwiches with truffle glaze (pick up order). Got home to find the sandwiches lathered in balsamic glaze. Called, no response. Texted, no response (if you are going to use AI it’s supposed to make things better). Drove back to the store where they refused to acknowledge the mistake. So apparently they use dark brown truffle glaze that with no truffles. Absolute JOKE. $50 for two sandwiches and that’s the best you can do. AND I had tipped them when I placed the order Paying customers deserve better and there are too many better options out there. If the customer service wasn’t so dismissive would not have bothered to write this but at these prices it simply isn’t ok.

First time I got a Capesse sandwich it was delicious, plenty of cheese and sauces, the second time a little less cheese and less pesto sauce, not as good, going to try getting a different one, and hopefully it will keep me coming back for more…pic is the same sandwich, 1st time

Overhyped. Ive been super excited to come here since they opened and I finally made it in today. The Internet makes a sandwiches look huge, stuffed with meat and almost like a bang for your buck. Not only was nothing really amazing, but I feel like the sandwich is actually didn’t have very much in them. I went with my girlfriend and spent about $60 so I would’ve expected a lot more. If you’re in Miami, just keep it simple and go to Publix for a sub.

Jholano’s is amazing! Worth every penny. The sandwiches are expensive but it’s justifiable based on taste and size. They’re huge. I shared 2 sandwiches with someone and we didn’t finish either one. The ingredients are very fresh and I have nothing bad to say… except maybe parking. Parking is a pain in the butt but if you just order online and pick up, you’re in and out in 2 minutes. All in all, these are some of the best sandwiches I’ve had in the area!! Can’t wait to go back.

What a disappointment. I had heard such great things. Got here to a packed house. Ordered on the automated kiosk and waited and waited and waited. Then finally they called our name to inform us they ran out of chicken. Here is where it went south. They asked if I wanted a substitute and at this point the wait was over 20 minutes for whatever I substituted, so I canceled. They have no way to refund it. They told me to wait until he could tell his Manger to refund. Possibly tomorrow? He had no answer. I finally said I need a refund today before I leave. He called the owner and here I still am with my partners sandwich getting cold still waiting for my refund. Btw the sandwich cost $26.99 . Whilst waiting they turned off ordering on the kiosk. Several people walked in and questioned if the kiosk was broken. They were literally ignored. Sadly it wasn’t a good experience. Ordered another sandwich. Sadly bread was stale. And for $18.99 it had hardly any meat on it.
Update : Day 2 still no refund…

Disappointed completely…. Lets start with the first impression as I entered the place, everything from the focaccia bread and the product they were using (meats and. Cheese ) were like from publix or some sort of supermarket where everything is pre made which for me is horrific. Then ordering through the screen right by the counter that was no issue for us. We got the capresse with prosciutto and the 7 am in Milano. The Foccacia bread… OMG which was all soft/soggy and with no flavour, THAT was the worst for me, the taste of the sandwich was ok, I can do it better at home, and everyone invited! I wont charge $65 for two sandwichessssss.
This place is a tiktok/instagram hype place.
NOT recommended. Ugly, bad and expensive.

Awesome sandwiches! A bit pricey, but you can taste the quality ingredients. I’ve tried about 4 different sandwiches so far and all of them have been excellent. This place is a textbook definition of hole in the wall that is hidden gem in Coral Gables.

Criminally overpriced. We ordered online and the app automatically tipped them $5 on a sandwich pickup order. In total, we paid $34 for a sandwich… we were disapppointed by the foccachia bread (Dry/Stale and probably was left over from 2-3 days ago). All in all, I would give this place a 4.5/10 all things considered. At least the contents of the sandwich were yummy, but It is definitely an overhyped Tik Tok Shop.

If you’re in the Coral Gables area and craving a bite, Jholanos Deli offers a decent option. However, the service may not always meet expectations. While the sandwiches are undeniably flavorful, the high price tags might leave you feeling like you’re paying more for the name than the actual meal.
