Our favorites were the shrimp chimichuri toast, bama butter oysters, and the chicken breast in the 1/2 chik dish was cooked perfectly. The sauces were really good. Very intentionally cooked and paired.
The cherry on top was the dessert, banana pudding and a special chocolate pie….based on the Little Debbie Star Chrunch, absolutely delicious.
Service was great at the bar, Sterling was a great addition to the vibe and atmosphere, left feeling good and a few local recommendations
In addition, the servers are attentive and the drinks are fantastic! Brochu’s is now one of my “go-to restaurants” when visiting Savannah.
I can never get myself organized enough to make a reservation at such a popular restaurant and have not visited as often as I would like however after last night, I will get myself organized. We had such a fantastic experience from the second we sat until we left. Our server did an amazing job explaining all the dishes and checking in on us just the right amount.
Everything was so good. The flavours were phenomenal and it’s the most oysters I have ever eaten they were so good.
The star of the night was the Chimichurri Shrimp which was such a great dish. The presentation, the flavours and a simply as the perfect crunch in the toast.
The beef fat oysters were my favourite of the oysters.
Thank you again for such a fantastic night and for bringing such a culinary gem to Savannah
The fried chicken arrives like a quiet flex: shatteringly crisp, impossibly juicy, paired with a chicken-wing gravy so savory it feels almost illicit. Then there’s the fried dirty rice—dark, crunchy, studded with fried bits that hit that perfect spot between texture and indulgence.
It’s a meal that doesn’t shout. It just wins.
Trust me, it ain’t just fried chicken. This is chicken at a whole different level.
The thighs are fried (heavenly…quite possibly the best EVER). The breasts are marinated and roasted (no words). The legs are made into chicken salad, and the wings are used to make gravy.
THEN…there is the rice. ALL of the rest of the chicken is used to make the rice.
AND…biscuits, butter, and gravy. (hard to choose which one you want on your biscuit)
The appetizer was Shrimp Caesar with Chimichurri on Brioche…and it was absolutely ridiculous.
Dessert: Banana pudding (not pictured), and Buttermilk/Peach pie.
Thank you Andrew Brochu for being so creative, and for showing such great hospitality.
Thank you Lane for spectacular service.
Truly a spectacular dinner experience with “Fried Chicken” (and so much more)
If you are anywhere NEAR Savannah…this is a “go to” spot for you.
