I like Texas Roadhouse, but it’s not my “favorite” steak house. This experience was a bit better than the typical; the food was pretty good, and even though the steak and roadkill was a little dry, the seasonings made up for it. The best part was our waitress; Kelsey was phenomenal…her attitude, presentation, and care was second to none!

Inside, people were waiting for customers at the front desk and some were already seated.Food was being delivered and everything seemed in order.And of course the food is terrific.I especially like the steaks and the way they’re cooked.And the potatoes and sweet potatoes are extremely good.Our auxiliary things are very nice

First, I want to say that I truly enjoy Texas Roadhouse. Today was my birthday, and I chose to celebrate there.
Our waitress, Ellie, provided basic service—she took our order, brought our drinks, and our food arrived as expected. While I appreciate that she honored my coupon for the free sidekick, I did expect a bit more engagement or acknowledgment since it was my birthday, such as a birthday song or small celebration, which I’ve experienced there before.
This experience was noticeably different from the service we received the week prior on 12/21 from Rita, who was very kind, attentive, and made us feel valued. Because of that comparison, I was left feeling disappointed this time.
I do want to note that the food was fresh and served hot, which I appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.

The rolls are about the only good thing here to be honest. Cheddars can cook a better steak. The mac and cheese tastes like a worse version of kraft and the mash potatoes are not good. They should change the name to Texas Midhouse

My bf and I love the food and drinks here. I actually crave the rolls, . The one thing that annoys us is that we usually get seated at one of their mini booths for 2 and they are way too small. My bf is a large guy and he barely fits on the little bench; his stomach lays on the table a bit. Also, there are so many things on the table that our plates do not fit without moving some of the advertisements, condiments and the computer to the ledge that separates our table from the one next to us. I get very anxious when I feel crowded like that. We kept having to rearrange the table with every course that came out! For a second, I was wondering if we were being pranked, lol. It was comical. One more little thing that I may as well mention that was kinda annoying… There were a lot of staff members just standing in the aisle right by our table. I understand and appreciate the servers being readily available and keeping an eye on their customers but there was a young female that worked a different position and a male who worked the kitchen and they stood right behind my bf the entire hour or so that we were there. They chatted and laughed loudly and she kept laying her head on his chest and rubbing one another and it was just inappropriate for the dining room at a place of business and really distracting. It made the already claustrophobic atmosphere of our table seem even more chaotic and overstimulating and we just ended up boxing up our food to take home. Very disappointed visit

This is the first one that I’ve ever been to in Ohio. I’ve eaten at three other ones in different states. Some of the other three were good but does Huber Heights store just blows it out the box as the kids say!
I don’t know how it could have been better. My favorite steak is the ribeye. They cooked it to perfection at medium. The service was tremendous. But not overwhelming, that’s important. They kept a good eye on me and my cousin and that’s what should be done.
Very highly recommend this store!

My husband’s filet was delicious. However, I gave it a 4 star because I was very disappointed in the brisket & ribs I got. The meat was dry. Get a steak. There were singers right at your table side, and there was live music outside on the patio which was nice. It’s a fun place to go.
