I have a feeling this location has been abandoned by corporate.
The new woman working at nights can’t handle it, so now because they take 20 minutes for a small fry and a chicken wrap, they are making you pull up to the front to make you wait for as long as you want. I was sitting there with 5 cars in front of me AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE because they can’t handle the drive thru timer. This store needs to be investigated on why they can’t serve a couple fries on time. If every other Burger King can do it, why can’t this one? Waiting over 25 minutes at the front entrance for a small fry and a chicken wrap?

This place reeks of incompetence. It’s not even busy and you’d be lucky to get fast service. I wish someone would replace this with literally any other fast food. This place has sucked for yeaaaaaaars

Yesterday I bought the 2 for $5 dollars big fish and the first sandwich, the bun was stale and the second one had a piece of paper in it which looks like a picture of a clock and I tried to go on the mybkexperience.com website to leave this information there but at the very top of the receipt that has the Burger King location # seems to be faded off the paper so I was unable to put the information through on there. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after dealing with a few unprofessional employees in the past but I’m all set with this place. This place is disgusting.

They prepared the order in 20 minutes, but when my order arrived, the meat was burnt, I asked them to change it again, but they even gave it after 20 minutes.

One of the worse burger kings I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been here on 3 different occasions and they have all been horrible. I should have never returned after my first bad experience here. In the morning the barely have breakfast. No croissants to make sandwiches and one time they had no croissants or sausages. They always do not have a certain item and the wait is always longer than 10 mins when you do order something. Today was my worst experience I ordered a single bacon king waited over 10 mins asked for ranch the charged me for that too as if I did not just pay for food and wait as if this wasn’t a fast food industry I want my food fast. And for them to take as long as they did today my burger was practically raw. Weird disgusting texture and very undercooked. I will not be returning to Burger King for a while and never to this location. Beware and just stay clear of this Burger King. I also would have went back for a refund but I was already late to return from my lunch break and had to explain to my boss I was in Burger King drive thru line for over 10 mins with only 2 car in front of me.

I went to this location on 5/18/25 around 11:30 to pick up a mobile order at the drive through. Marcos blew my mind—he was taking drive through orders, orders inside at the cash register, filling drinks, and handing out food by himself. Guy needs a promotion big time!
