Wasn’t sure what to expect…
But WOW- great breakfast!! And a super server! Place could use a little updating, but I get why the prices have been able to remain nice and low, so- im okay with it!

There’s no doubt that I include myself among the group of people that like discovering diners or restaurants that serve a good quality breakfast. To that end, someone recommended that I try The Morris Family Restaurant in Nanticoke, PA.
My first visit was a few years ago after a morning full of shoveling snow, and I’ve been a regular since. I typically order the #6 breakfast, which includes 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, home fries (with peppers and onions, if desired) and toast (or English muffin). Every time it’s been great. I’m not a huge fan of pancakes, but I have had them here, and they are excellent. Their soups are fantastic, too. Cheesy burger, shrimp corn chowder and piggy stew are my favorites.
They have other restaurants in the NEPA region if you’re not close to Nanticoke. I recommend you try them either for just passing by or want a different experience.

First time trying this place. Everything was great. I will be back for more breakfast. My favorite thing was the strawberry pancakes. Be sure to check your bags before you leave because I was missing condiments.

I have the country scrambler. It was delicious. Great coffee. Unfortunately hubby did not like the pancakes. They looked really good but wasn’t much on taste. Restaurant is very small and outdated. Half of it was closed due to some work.
