This chipotle I would avoid. They charge full price for not even half of a bowl. I’ll add pics so everyone can see this nonsense that they find acceptable. Choose any other location or you’ll continue to waste your money. They could care less about quality or amount.

I have to done this review at the last minute of 2025 . If I could choose I would give them a 0 star. Look at my receipt. The guy sneaking in a extra steak charge x2 . My two lunches coat over $42. Which is not even full on our plates. Also he charged me “small soda” that I didn’t ordered. He is absolutely sneaky and unbelievable not honesty! This us our second time give Chipotle a chance but it failed again. We will not give any our hard earned money to this disgusting disgraceful brand. Since I was very busy and not be able to post this review since November.

***UPDATE*** I was contacted by the manager and our meal was made right. We were invited in for a free meal to make up for the mistakes. The food was good and the employees were very sweet and apologetic. It was a nice experience and are willing to come back again
I am so done with going to this chipotle. They are consistently giving us sub par quality and not giving us our whole order. But tonight was the last straw. My son wanted the cheese quesadilla with guacamole. We got a taco shell with rice in it….what the heck. Also, the fruit that came with it was bruised and wouldn’t recommend eating. So even though we got $35 worth of food for my family, I had to make my son a cheese quesadilla when we got home. They also didn’t put everything we ordered in my husbands bowl. For this, I got a free kids meal and a free drink credited to my account. I will not be using either of these at the is chipotle.

Computers were down when I walked in, Donna the manager was freaking out and immediately let me know that she was taking no more orders for the night because the computers were down. So I left and went to my car, I definitely was not welcome in side the store evidently. I waited for a few and tried the online app, still down, I wait another 10 minutes and it was up and working. I ordered online bit now my wait was another 30 minutes. I tried to go through the drive thru and was told my order wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes. I explained the situation and was ask to leave and come back, this is when I ask the girl in the window who the other lady at the front counter was. She said Donna the manager. Well Donna if you continue to manage this location I will not return, it’s not the customers fault that the computers are down or that your stressing over a job that should be centered around courteous customer service. What a shame that a great place to eat like Chipotle is tarnished by someone who hates their job. I’ll check back periodically to see when Donna is terminated and may return to eating here till then I will go to big head burritos.

I could eat Chipotle everyday for every meal. The one in union is great. They will make a quesadilla without having to order online. I have had others locations refuse.

Took about a hour to get my food, was supposed to get it thro the drive thro lane then they made go inside to the pick up lane then after maybe 20 mins of standing there they said i had to make the regular lane and order again. The order more simple couldnt be literally just rice with steak and barely got any food there either stingy with them rice dang.

I normally don’t leave reviews but $12 for 6 pieces of fatty, rubbery steak with barely enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl even after scraping the bottom of the rice pan into the bowl was pretty horrific.
I should’ve done what my gut said and said no thanks before they finished the “bowl” but alas I went home and threw it away.
