First time customer, will now be a regular customer. There was one waitress and she was working her butt off, but she was still nice and friendly and smiley and just a joy. We told her we were first timers. She ran down the specials of the week and then made recommendations on what to order which was the pork tenderloin which was absolutely delicious. Do not ever change it. It was just the right size do not pound it thin it was perfect. We absolutely will be back! Thank you for a great date night. BTW, you had me at Yuengling now on tap♥️♥️♥️ it’s been a long time coming!

I enjoyed the place and food. Waitress was very good. Refills taking order delivering food very good 5 star. We ordered the dave pizza and my other brother got the chicken gizzards and for a side we split breaded jalapenos. They were not extremely hot. Pizza was very good. Cut in squares. Would visit again

Love Bertha’s! Great food and local bar atmosphere. I’ve been many times. Excellent pork tenderloin sandwich, burgers, pizza and wings. We almost always get the Bertha’s Signature House pizza. The Enchilada Supreme pizza is pretty good as well. They also have good wings. I really like the dry rub wings in either Southwest Ranch or Chipotle BBQ and my husband likes the traditional buffalo sauce. The food here is consistently great. It’s a favorite local bar and grill we enjoy going to.

We get takeout here often. My parents love the house special pizza, extra well done, and I normally get the smoked pit sandwich. The food is always like it just came off the oven, service is friendly and quick, and easy parking.

Mixed drinks made very well, bottle beer very cold and refreshing. Bartender polite no conversation to get to know new customers. Didn’t try menu maybe next first.

I’ve been going to this certain spot all my life, it’s been handed over to a few lucky people over the years. My first memories were the Poorhouse ( I feel like I butchered that) as a young lad, it was a fun atmosphere. I really can’t remember the food because I was young. It seems like every time somebody comes in, they always try to upgrade in the food category. I don’t think anybody has succeeded, as well as Craig has. Cheers man!

My husband stopped to this spot and bought 2 cod fish dinners and mine was old and over cooked. I am very disappointed because I was hungry and looking forward to a good fish dinner.

A new stop for me, and I was quite impressed. A pretty good array of excellent food at prices where you won’t break the bank. I met a large group there, but all of the food seemed cooked in a timely manner, and our entire group seemingly ate at the same time.
Server was fantastic and kept drinks topped off or replaced, as well as acting like she actually enjoyed being at work. This always makes for a pleasant experience for everyone.
I will go back and next time, I’ll bring the crowd.
