I’m really frustrated with how slow the breakfast service has been at this Chick-fil-A. Every single morning, it’s the same issue — the drive-thru moves painfully slow, no matter if you’re ordering one meal or four. It completely defeats the purpose of a “fast” drive-thru. At this point, it honestly feels like it would be faster to park and go inside to order. Maybe the inside team is more efficient, but the drive-thru crew really needs to improve their speed and coordination. It’s disappointing, especially since Chick-fil-A is usually known for quick and reliable service.

I’m really upset about my visit to this Chick-fil-A. After a long day of Christmas shopping i decided to stop by Chick-fil-A. I ordered the nugget meal and mac & cheese and asked for a salad bowl so I could mix them together. I had seen this so much on social media and was so excited to try it. The employee flatly said, “We don’t do that here,” which honestly surprised me. When you’re paying for food and service, a little flexibility or kindness makes a big difference. I don’t mind spending money if I’m treated well and would have gladly spent extra for an empty bowel, but this experience felt unnecessarily unaccommodating. I was so disappointed that I didn’t eat my food. Due to this experience, I won’t be going returning.

Do NOT order through the mobile drive-thru here. Absolute waste of time. Ordered ahead expecting Chick-fil-A efficiency and instead sat for over 20 minutes while regular drive-thru cars flew by nonstop. Mobile orders were clearly ignored because they only care about drive-thru timing. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing for a Chick-fil-A. Won’t be using mobile here again.

Very disappointed in the service I’ve received the past couple of times I have been here. What is the point of a mobile app if when I pickup my order I am waiting 20-25 mins to received it in the drive thru while every other cars that ordered after me get their food before me. On top of that, after getting home and seeing items of my order missing, is just unacceptable.

Ordered through the chick fil an app. Opened my bag to find someone else’s name and nothing I ordered. I payed more than what I received. This is very unethical. I called the store and the man I spoke with said I was “going off on him”. Then spoke with manager Tania who was not very helpful. Upon looking at other reviews it is very shameful to see this is a common issue. These employees are not mindful and are not doing a good job. If there is already a delay due to high demand, then the time should be taken to reassure orders are served correctly. My money was stolen in exchange for poor return. Extremely dissatisfied.

October 2023 Update: Took my family to eat here again and ordered our food with the mobile app since it was much faster and convenient. Like what, 10 minutes passed and our food was served by a nice young gentleman (I didn’t get his name, but was wearing a black shirt with a light green vest on – this was at 11 AM) who brought our food to our table. It was great service! Another young lady (who I believe her name was Michelle – she was wearing a black skirt) came every few minutes while eating to see if we needed to throw something away, if we needed any refreshments, or anything else. Super sweet and awesome service as well. As we were almost done eating, a friend of my brother was there and had a good conversation as well. This shows how good the employees at this restaurant are. ☺️ Thanks again for the outstanding service your staff provides.
P.S.: Yes they also said “My Pleasure” after I said “Thank you” to the workers. Just wanted to put that out there lol

Decided to dine on for once. Aileen should not be at the register. She needs an attitude adjustment. She looked visibly bothered when taking our order. When being spoken to she walked away from us under the guys of getting us, our babies juice box.
Also when given our order. 12 count nuggets missing. They were eventually replaced.
Also this chicken sandwich can’t be real.
Update!! 4/27/2025
It’s gotten worse. Now they have something called a “mobile thru” which seems to discriminate against the not so tech savvy.
On top of the change in chicken quality.
Not sure what’s going on. But get on it please.
