First impression was the worst impression when I step foot in here on a Saturday afternoon. There was no customers but me in the establishment. Customer service was lackluster. No smile or genuine welcome for stopping in. The food I ordered was simply re-dipped in semi-hot grease. The two egg rolls I ordered lacked flavor and damn near fried to a burnt crisp. My food didn’t even smell hot when I received it in the brown paper bags. Plus, while I was sitting waiting for my order a small roach was moving across the floor in my direction! This place is trifling.

I really enjoy the fish. I visited twice, however I will not be returning. The woman who is running the front counter is very rude her demeanor is giving bad vibes of an attitude issue. I am a veteran customer service expert and she is really lacking in her service. Because of her attitude I will not return despite the fish being tasty. I refuse to spend my money where I am not appreciated and I asked for some ketchup and she threw it in my hand as if I disgusted her. I was very disappointed and hurt. I almost said something to her but instead I wished her a blessed day. I pray she will improve her attitude so she won’t go out of business. I pray she can repent for hurting God’s children.

Lady at the counter was very very rude. Gave me the wrong order , got all the way home and she hung up in my face so I had to drive all the way back . I’m currently pregnant and instead of fixing and remaking my food, she wanted to argue and out her hand in my face , they decided to tell me to never come back which I had already planned on and gave me my money back but we all know how long it takes for money to go back to the card . I placed three separate orders after convincing my family to buy from them and I got the most and spent the most and they messed clean over me! I wouldn’t recommend this place to another soul after today . SOOOO RUDE .

I have NEVER experienced such horrible service. The guy at the counter attitude was horrible, he has no personality. I know business will go on, but I will never patronize Baton Rouge Seafood & Deli ever again. To add injury to insult, the food isn’t all that good either.

Doesnt taste the same since they’ve moved locations. They should’ve stayed in the hood on Winbourne. The little guy thats the cashier still has a nasty attitude and always have been that way. When you give him the money in his hand, he gives it back slamming it on the counter.
