Dinner at this restaurant was made for the highlight reel of my vacation! Sitting in the lounge with Lou as our server was amazing. The service was top notch! Thanks Lou, and the owner even stopped by the table to visit and make sure we were having an incredible experience. From Apps to salads to the entrée, everything exceeded our expectations. And then to top it all off, they brought me a birthday dessert that was the best Tiramsu I’ve ever had and when we told our waitress she went and told the pastry chef and he came out from the back to thank me and with me a happy birthday. 10/10 would recomend this place to anyone visiting Hot Springs AR. I will certainly be visiting again!

Five stars, without hesitation! This was our first visit to J&S Italian Villa, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated to a dining experience that exceeded all expectations.
We started with the large charcuterie board, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. It came loaded with a wide selection of fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, and breads — everything was flavorful, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a treat, and it set the tone for the rest of the evening.
I ordered the lobster, which was cooked to perfection and incredibly rich and flavorful. My lemon drop martini was equally impressive — smooth, balanced, and just the right amount of tart. My two friends ordered the salmon, lobster pasta, and both the white and red sangrias — all of which they raved about. My husband went with the medium rare lamb chops, and they were top notch — tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned.
Our children enjoyed their own meals of chicken Alfredo and steak, and even they couldn’t stop talking about how good everything tasted. We all left completely full and so satisfied.
What really stood out beyond the food was the service. Our waitress was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. Partway through our meal, a gentleman who we believe was either the owner, manager, or head chef came out to check on our table. He genuinely cared about our experience and wanted to make sure everything was to our liking — and it absolutely was.
The whole evening felt like art — both for the taste buds and the eyes. Beautiful presentation, incredible flavors, and such a warm atmosphere.
We’re already planning to come back before our trip is over, just to experience this level of food and hospitality again. J&S Italian Villa is a gem, and we’re so glad we found it.

We made a reservation for an early Valentine’s dinner, and from the moment we were greeted until the time we left, the experience never fell short of excellence. We started with a bottle of wine, beautifully presented and perfectly suited for the evening. The appetizer left us wanting more, and the entrees were so memorable they’ll be bragged about long after they were finished. An exceptional dining experience all around. We will absolutely be back.

Wow! This was an incredible experience! We came for a very special night our anniversary dinner we did make reservations which I highly suggest you do. They sat us in a more secluded room which was amazing! The food was amazing! My husband had the steak and I had the Alfredo! The drinks were ok I have had better martinis. I would return though you can tell the pasta is handmade and it was very good! The waitress was kind I know it was crazy busy so she was in a bit of a rush.

We celebrate our wedding anniversary here Saturday. I can not express how much we loved this place! Our experience here was unlike any other, our server was very friendly and helpful when it came to any questions we might had about the menu. Our appetizer, food and dessert were amazing! Loved that we were checked on constantly to make sure everything was fine with everything we had ordered. We will definitely be back!

The food was more of an American take on Italian cuisine, heavy on the cheese. Drinks were light on the liquor, and I had to request an extra shot on the side. While the atmosphere lacked charm, the service was excellent. Expanding the wine list and improving the aesthetics could elevate the experience. For a more intimate setting and a stellar wine selection, Via Roma is the better choice.

During my birthday trip to Hot Springs, my wife chose J&S Italian Villa for our celebration. The restaurant had a nice ambiance, and a local musician provided enjoyable entertainment. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, which unfortunately lacked seasoning. My wife had the shrimp carbonara and absolutely loved it—it was tasty and seasoned to perfection. The real star of the night was the limoncello Bundt cake: light, fluffy, and delicious. Juliet was our server and she was wonderful. On our next visit to Hot Springs, we will most definitely return—especially for that Bundt cake.

Wow! The atmosphere is upscale but I could still watch the Razorbacks play. Great wine choices and the food was amazing. We will be back when we want to impress our friends. We had a great birthday dinner with a dear friend.
