Our pizza was done so well. Dominos has really up’d their game. Fresh baby fellas, chunks of real Italian sausage, good sized pepperoni, and just enough sauce and cheese. Nice and hot. Yall did well. I think Brandon answered the phone. He was very professional and congenial. Recommend domino’s on Quinn Dr. In Clarksville Tn.

This review is only for Jan 27th 6:30pm, the punk kid that was working the phone was being extremely rude throwing any customer caller on hold with no explanation for 2-10Min of time between without checking in/updating the customer, I called back and when I got ahold of said kid I responded to being put back on hold and he started to get rude/vulgar with me, I requested a manger and he hung up the phone. After calling back I got Manager Spencer who was very respectful and apologized for his punk employee. Only after this whole ordeal was I able to place an order but for not what I wanted a delivery it was pickup only, if the punk took 2 seconds to do his job and just say that this whole ordeal could’ve been avoided but this just shows this employees mature level in the work place

I ordered delivery and it looks as if my pizza was thrown not once but twice. The first order of pizza that was delivered we fine about the situation we called the store they prepared another order sent it out again but this time the pizza look worse than the first delivery ended up going up to the store to get money back and of course tell them a piece of our mind and of course they tell me that I’m banned like that’s so crucial to my life anyways would never order from dominos after that. Hopefully they did something about Alexander whatever the delivery guys name is attitude.

Giving this place a Zero star. App said my offer was done at 531pm. I went inside to pick up a guy with a beard said they were still waiting on 1 thing. 30 minutes later I walked to the counter after seeing orders come in and out. I am about my order. A young lady said they were still working on it after searching for it. A nice Couple came and left during this process of not being spoken to or acknowledged. I asked the guy again that told me they are waiting on one thing where is my order? He didn’t have an answer and I asked for a refund and the Manager. Time passes and finally a guy says we don’t know what happened to your order it will take a long time to remake or you can get a refund. I said refund. This location is poorly ran. I’m not happy with this experience. My daughter was late to her meeting due to the negligence. The most chaotic place I seen. When pizzas come out they were scrambling to get it together. I will take my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time and energy ordering online here. Thankfully other locations like store #6166 on Wilma Rudolph have a Professionally ran Store. By the time I called and drove there. My food was done.

My husband had placed an order at 3:30, we went to pick it up since it said it was complete on the website they tell us that they haven’t put the pizza in and it’ll be 10 minutes. After 15 minutes or so we finally get it and go home just to see they barely put sauce on his wings. This isn’t the first time we place a order and have to wait 20 minutes for our food..

It use to be great. My points haven’t been added on alert the last half dozen orders. Emailing brings no response EVER. And the last 2 orders looked awful. Half the cheese slid off and missing on all the pizzas. The dip and pasta sides filled up 25% of the pan. $8 each and it is no longer even to a 50% mark. And the sandwich was supper small and SUPER BURNT. Another $8 on a sandwich waisted. Seriously this Quin Lain location in Clarksville TN..USE TO BE GREAT….. But seriously NOT NOW. Don’t waist your money. And don’t expect reward points. This is what I got for ordering 2-3 times a month, for the last 2 1/2 years. It’s a shame.

Domino’s has always been a random mess. Every location varies and most shifts too. I travel and co-workers like this for snack dinner. Skip the Bs and the apps. I always go get my own pizza. Place an order, wait check it’s correct, and leave. Simple. Speed and service depends on how busy the shop is.

I am so glad that this location is closest to my house. The pizza is always hot and fresh, always correct and I have never dealt with anyone there that hasn’t been kind, and courteous. We love our Dominoes! We dug in before I got a picture, could not wait.

This location just can’t get right. $8.00 for 5 pieces of chicken. At least this time they put the mango habanero sauce on the mango habanero sandwich but you can never get them to get it right. There is always something wrong with it. Do yourself a favor and go to little Caesars or papa John’s. This location is complete trash
