1st experience eating at a Cook Out location. I ordered a big dbl tray. Comes with dbl burger, 2 sides and lg drink. Drink choices are fine. Mr Pibb was a plus, also have iced tea. For the sides I ordered fries and rings. Plenty of fies only 4 onion rings. I dont thing 4 rings justifies as a full side. Both were great I would probably jus dbl up on one or the other. There were plenty of topping choices only the basics were free. The chargres for the extra toppings were minor. I would like to see more included maybe just adjust the burger price. I dont think I saw mushrooms as a choice though.
The burger it self was good and prepared as requested. Normally dbl burgers are 2 1/4lb patties I felt this burger was probably not a 1/2lb. I cant say for shure that it is even presented that way.
Finally lets talk about the price. The whole meal drink, burger, sides and additional toppings 3 I paid for was under $11 out the door. It gave me the vibe of a scaled down 5 guys. If you are looking for a good burger meal reasonably priced check them out. I will be back. There are a few other things I would like to try. Even though I felt the dbl burger might be a little undersized I would have to say it matches the price.

When we pulled up to the microphone to place our order, the employee gave us the total before we had even finished speaking. Once we did finish our order, he did not repeat it back to confirm. We waited at the speaker for a response to my friend’s question about whether they got the order, but no one answered.
When we drove up to the window, the employee began listing our order but included items we never asked for. As we tried to politely correct him, he said, “I’m done with these people,” and walked away while whispering. Another employee came to the window and seemed irritated as we clarified what we actually wanted.
When we finally received our food, some items were still missing. At that point, we didn’t want to cause further issues, so we simply thanked them for what we received. In response, the employee said “have a good day” in a noticeably annoyed tone.
Overall, the experience left us feeling dismissed and uncomfortable, as though we were a burden for simply trying to place and clarify our order

I went to Cook Out after the drive-thru window was punched out by an angry customer. The food was fantastic, but I was surprised when chewing on my ice to find a massive piece of glass. Super glad I didn’t swallow it! I have reached out to Cook Out to see if a refund can be issued.

Went in tonight with a friend and the two gentleman at the front were absolutely wonderful and made the atmosphere in there feel great too! We didn’t catch their names but I do believe one of them just started there but he was great to me and my friend and even started playing rock,paper and scissors with him as well! amazing people and great place to eat!! Rude male taking orders. Constantly asked what I wanted and when I told him more than once. He repeated asked what I wanted on the burger. Could be a glitch but it felt intentional at 1am. The other cookout heard me and food was great.

The cashier up front was nice. However when I ordered a shake with the tray instead of the fountain drink, she gave me a empty fountain drink cup and didn’t let the back staff know to make the shake. I clearly asked for the shake she put it on the ticket but it wasn’t made yet so I had to ask again for the shake and she said it would be made but after another almost 10ish? minutes STILL NO SHAKE so I had to go up to the counter again and let her know. In the end I did get the shake I wanted and they were apologetic. I dont get how I clearly ask for a shake and I have to waste my time in this dining room with no air conditioning. Yes it was also too warm inside the store and it was crowded. It doesn’t make sense to me. And like always Cook Out is always great with the quality of the food. I honestly im starting to get a feeling that I just can’t go to any fast food places anymore because of the kind of things I have to deal with whenever I go to one, like waiting a while, the quality of the service and food and the overall vibe of the place. It just makes it a dreadful stop rather than a convenient stop.

I only used the drive-through, do I can’t speak to the inside. I like the food, it is good for fast food and inexpensive. This place does make very good milkshakes. They have some relatively unique sides, like fried cheese that more mainstream fast food places fo not have. I like it better than many fast food places, and it is worth a try. Did I mention the milkshakes are good?!

One of the worst fast food chains I have ever tried. The food itself is horrible I wonder how people eat this, standards must be very low. The food is quite cheap but it tastes horribly, by looking at the photos of this review you will immediately know solely by visual representation that the food is bad. Really disappointed in this one. The only good thing about it is the milkshake, other than that very bad experience.

I enjoy coming to cookout but this one typically has the rudest people at the window. It had gotten better but tonight when I went I wasn’t given my total, when I got to the window the worker handed out the bag stared at me and did not say my total even though I was speaking to her and never gave me a straw. People don’t want to spend their hard earned money in places where they won’t even receive full service or be treated at least decent. Highly disappointed and done returning at this point.
Edit: Also just came back to edit that my drink was supposed to be a cheer wine and they gave me a sweet tea!

Everybody got attitudes it’s actually very distasteful to see simple customer service just go down hill. Whoever the lady is with the dreads she definitely put on a show tonight very rude slamming the cash drew making me wait forever before she acknowledged me it’s just sad.
