Blizzard orders are just never consistent, sadly!! Some days— incredible and packed with mix-ins. Today my reese’s blizzard was just a cup of vanilla that “accidentally” had one bite of reese in it— think they forgot to put the scoops in there! Just sad when they are so expensive! 🙁

Too many employees just standing around joking with each other. Tables/chairs not wiped down/ clean. Found a long black hair in my cheeseburger! Condiments hard to find. No napkins give with my order. My granddaughter and I dined in, yet our order was in a paper bag, not on a tray.

False advertisement at its best. When I asked if they had this deal the cashier said no. I need up paying $17 bucks for 2 cheeseburgers when I could get 2 DOUBLE cheeseburgers for $7 bucks. When I sat down I seen the sign and confronted the manager. Now their watching me like a hawk. Last time at this location. They served the peanuts for the ice cream with the hull still intact. Smh

We usually drive through. The only thing I would complain about is we live less than 3 minutes from the store and our blizzards are always melted before we get home.

My husband and I went to Dairy Queen for lunch today and we were dine in customers. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. We were served old fries, even though our chicken was hot and fresh as well as our Sundaes. However, we went in for the $7 deal meal and lo and behold they were $8 at this particular location, which was the first we had seen. Then only from 11 to 4! We were willing to overlook these particular short comings until an elderly couple, entered the restaurant and went up to the counter. Also having complaints about the meal being $8. The woman behind the register cussed that old lady out like she was scum! Using vulgar language, rude attitude, very loud for the entire place to hear, I was ready to go give her a piece of my mind. How dare she?! My husband wasn’t happy either, but decided we just needed to leave since the elderly couple had done so as well. I’ve worked in restaurants in my younger years, and I have never seen such rude behavior from a customer service standpoint. To say the least we will NOT be returning to this location.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would especially for the service. The food was ok. Extremely rude employees that should learn manners and etiquette before working with customers.
