I have been here so many times and I do swear by their pizza. I think it some of the better pizza in the area and usually is a go to when I come to Plainsboro. I got the pasta pizza (which is good, not their best, but still good), the chicken bacon ranch pizza (which is always amazing) and I believe it’s called the chipotle or something on the lines of that pizza. I would always recommend coming here.

Ordered through the website at 9:24 a.m. for pizza delivery at 11:45 a.m. for an office business lunch. By 12:10, the order had not arrived. I called and was told deliveries were running late. Still no delivery at 12:40, so called again and again told they don’t know where delivery is. Finally called at 1:00 to cancel the order as lunch hour was over. Very embarrassing that we had no lunch for our guests and employees. Everyone went back to work hungry. Will not risk ordering from Aljon’s again.

Aljohns is the best!! The food is delicious and the service is amazing!! Some of the nicest people you ever meet. I get the same vibe from the delivery guys. Service with a warm smile!! Honestly, even if the food wasn’t great (and it’s is) I would still eat there to get the excellent service. I love Aljohn’s♥️

We also got a large pepperoni pizza, which was gone in seconds. We are a family of 4 and we love coming here. There’s so much food on one plate, everyone can share.

Crispiest French fries around. Always worth a visit! I like getting a vegetarian pizza with no cheese. Generous portion sizes and great customer service.

Got a takeout pizza with chicken, spinach, and pancetta. The best thing I can say about it was that it was ready quickly. The pancetta was limp and tasted like old shoe. We picked it off immediately as it was awful. The chicken’s taste/texture made it clear that it was grilled until it was dry and then frozen and reheated. The spinach was limp and slimy. We choked down two pieces because we were hungry but threw the rest away as it was inedible. It gave us indigestion to boot.
Update: owner called us back after seeing my review. Offered to make it right and said he’d be getting the pancetta from a different supplier in the future.

I just moved to the area and have been trying to find a good cheese steak / pizza place. Came across Aljon’s and was mad I didn’t find them sooner! So far I’ve tried their mozzarella sticks (which have my favorite kind of breading) their buffalo wings, cheese fries and cheese steaks and have been pleased with all of them. The only thing that I tried and didn’t like was the crispy bacon and chicken salad. I didn’t like that there was breaded chicken in it. I wish I would’ve known before I ordered it. It would definitely be way better with grilled chicken. I wish they had harder rolls for their cheese steaks, but the flavor is awesome! The food is so good that we’ve ordered from them 3 times in the past week. Next time I’ll try the pizza. *Update: I ordered a grandma’s pizza, which usually comes with broccoli and tomato chunks on it, am’s this was what I got. I believe this is a margarita pizza, that they called a “Brooklyn” on the receipt. This is actually one of my LEAST favorite pizzas so I was definitely disappointed when I opened the box and saw this. Their chicken tenders were good so at least I didn’t go hungry tonight

Went here and got a cheese pizza to assess their basic pizza quality compared to other local pizzerias. The cheese was nicely thick, although a little bland. Sauce wasn’t too fresh. The crust was inconsistent, as it was thick and squishy in some areas while being overdone in others. Caesar salad ok. Overall, might go in a pinch, but wouldn’t recommend, particularly given the caliber of other pizzerias.

I tried to finish these so called “chicken fingers” but I just couldn’t…. they tasted awful and had a Luke warm feel to it. Like they just heated up some frozen chicken tender from shop rite. I do not recommend the chicken fingers here at all. Pizza there is ok but nothing to right home about. It’s sad cause this used to me my go to spot been in area for 10 years but yea try the other one in Princeton junction way better.
