The driver is always nice. But everytime I order from this location the food is not consistent. Cut in half and add cheese that’s always a miss everytime I order. It’s on the receipt. Please double check to ensure all ingredients are accounted for.

i just appreciate this location. when i call ahead – they have a platter ready for me and it’s perfect. i have read a bunch of reviews that are “iffy” – so, i hope they fix some of their service because it’s nice location and i’m grateful they are there. I do wish there were more “healthy” choices – but, hey – it’s a sandwhich shop. Imagine if you could get a side of a veggie medley that actually tasted good. Heck, even a few carrots, with a piece of celery and a cucumber slice. to eat some sort of fibre.

Found hair in the sandwich second bite in. None of the girls wear hair nets. And their solution was making me another sandwich. Obviously I declined, I asked for a refund instead another sandwich with extra hair. All this and i didn’t even mention they forgot the avocado spread that i paid extra for. RETRAIN THEM ASAP!

We order delivery from this Jimmy Johns all the time (at least once per week). Every single time we’ve ordered 2 drinks they only deliver 1, and this error has happened nearly 10 times at this point. We try to be understanding, but this problem has persisted and the only resolution they offer is to have us come in and pick up the second drink. Try to avoid ordering delivery from this location, unless you don’t mind consistent errors with your order.

I ordered a number 10, bag of regular chips, and an oatmeal cookie. The sandwich was good, the chips were broken into a million tiny pieces, the cookie was hard as a rock, took one bite of it and felt something odd, pulled a long hair out of the cookie. Threw it away and this will be the very last time I ever will go to Jimmy John’s. Absolutely made me sick to my stomach.

The staff here are super nice and helpful. When we order for pick up, our food is always neatly packaged and tasty. If I forgot to order something for pick up, they’re always quick to ring me up and make whatever I forgot. I don’t think I’ve been in the store for longer than 5 minutes since the pandemic started, even if someone else is waiting – they’re that fast!!! 100% will be back!!

The manager at this store is awful, I ordered a sandwich the other day and it was awful, barely any tuna on it and the veggies tasted off ,
I called back to get a refund and she said because I ate some of it I couldn’t get a refund. Not even an apology from her she said it’s not my problem, she said it’s because they’re short staffed. Last time I checked is that the customer is always right, And you don’t tell a customer that it’s not their problem. I will not be returning to this Jimmy John’s or any other Jimmy John’s for that matter. Very disappointed. I wish I can give this review a zero star!!! As I would.

I’ve almost never had a bad review to write so I’m going to get right to the point. I called this place up and ordered a tuna sandwich, chips and drink. Apparently the guy had to turn around because he forgot my drink and upon opening the sandwich find that there’s barely enough tuna in there to fill a toddler. I waited for over a half an hour for a poorly made sandwich. Wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t that they were only 1.8 miles down the road.Seems to me that a little time management training and food etiquette would be of some use to those now employed there. Highly recommend eating elsewhere.

I tried to grab some lunch at 3:51 today and they were closed. The employees were all in there but the door was locked. Online it says they were open until 8. This is not the first time that this has happened either. On top of this when I have been to this location in the past it was very unprofessional customer service and the sandwich was pretty pathetic. Also extremely slow delivery. In other words not “freaky fast” or “freaky good.” I think Jimmy John’s is going downhill…..sad. Well, I guess I will go and see if Jersey Mikes or Potbelly’s are open.
