I placed an order on Grubhub last Monday (MLK Day) and I was pretty excited to try their burgers, having seen great reviews plus they are local and I just moved to the area. Unfortunately I never got to try them because the Grubhub driver on a bike did not follow instructions and left them at the wrong apartment. I called him but he did a drop and dash and it was already claimed. He argued with me but let me get to Andy’s. This review is for how Andy’s Super Burger handled this. I was credited by Grubhub after they found he misdelivered and I placed a second order using my credits. Two drivers were sent to the store and neither one were able to bring me the second order. After waiting 45 minutes after the last order Grubhub called me and said they cancelled my order because Andy’s would not confirm the second order. Not only did I lose the credits.for food I never received but by refusing to accept the order Grubhub said two drivers were not allowed to pick up the order without the restaurant accepting the order. I placed an order for someone who lives with me who has a disability and this is completely unacceptable. I had to not only wait for Grubhub to tell me that Andy’s refused to take the order after both orders were already paid for, but I also had to now place and order elsewhere. I wish they would have contacted me directly or Grubhub because this is extremely unprofessional and really bad service. Unfortunately I can’t speak on their food but I feel this needs to be rectified as Grubhub said there was nothing they could do when a restaurant refuses to accept an order. I’m very disappointed.

There is no pricing anywhere on any of their menus in the restaraunt.. that is illigal.. then I go to see if they have a website and there are prices on there website but they charged me more than what’s on the website..I feel like they can just charge whatever they want. Needs to change..I don’t think they are reasonable for the quality of food…

I went there friday march 28..Bad experience the food is not that good compared to the andys in HP..I had a mojarra and it was ok the beans and rice not all that..My wife had a chicke dinner the chicken dry over cooked..My son had jumbo shirmps they were good. But all our fries very bad i mean bad sogy oily and bad seasoning..Will never go back again sorry.. I know its not a fancy restaurant but for$54 i would expect better food..
