Would not recommend. This is a stand in line to place your order, then get your own plates & plasticware and find a table. Note, if you pay with a credit card there is a 3% additional fee. No service really except when your food is brought to your table. Food was mediocre. We ordered lasagne & a greek salad. Lasagne & chicken on the salad tasted pre-made, frozen & then reheated. The bagged iceberg salad had so much vinaigrette it was inedible. Also pretty sure the feta cheese had been previously frozen or something, because the taste & texture were wrong! Because there was no server, no one asked how our food was or if everything was okay. One couple came in, stood in line for a minute then left and as they left I told them they had made the right decision! Maybe the pizza is better, it certainly looked okay, but we didn’t order any. Overall, I’m fairly certain you can find better food elsewhere!

Amazing place to go! Went to find a quick Dinner and it was just that! I got the Alfredo with Garlic knots and it was really good. We got our food pretty quickly and the staff were nice. The price was really reasonable considering the prices everywhere else downtown. I really liked the variety of options so that it was easy for people to find something they wanted to eat. Great place to go in downtown Gatlinburg

We had Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, Spaghetti with meatballs and Italian knots. One Caesar salad and one House salad. We were at the restaurant for early dinner. Maybe 10 people eating in house. It was clean overall. We paid $52 for a meal we could not eat. We tried but it was simply not good. The chicken was tough and the alfredo sauce had an odd taste. The meatballs tasted like liver. The texture was an odd texture…almost described like a sawdust. The garlic knots were good. Perhaps a different meal would be wonderful but today these two meals were not. I cannot recommend based on my experience.

This places touts themselves as the best burgers in town- next time I think Ill try the burgers. My husband and I stopped in for supper one lovely Fall evening. He got the manicotti and said it was delicious- I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and well, for me, it was missing some flavor just a wee bit. The chicken was good but the Alfredo sauce wasn’t hitting the mark with me. I think next time I’ll try out the burgers. Very cool atmosphere though.

The food was on the same level as Applebees to me. The sauce needed more flavor, the chicken didn’t have enough flavor, however the garlic knots were awesome!! I would get those again in a heart beat!! So flavorful! Service was fine, it was quick and convenient and that’s what I needed. Would I go back? Probably not but it was fine for that day.

You order your food before you find a seat, the food is not great but not terrible and it’s honestly priced very well. Just don’t let them sell you on the extra photos for $45 lol… the Alfredo seems like it’s out of a can or something but again, not terrible, especially for $13 (I had to at least add salt and pepper)… somehow our pizza came out slightly cold but the cauliflower crust was pretty good…. You can get drinks at the bar so that’s a plus.

Overall not bad for the money!

I got a calzone and my gf got a fettuccine Alfredo. Toppings for a calzone are 3 dollars per choice and the base of a calzone is just cheese and a side of dipping sauce that doesn’t cover the whole calzone. Not to mention a bare calzone like that cost 15 dollars before additional toppings. Alfredo cost 10.99 and an additional 2 dollars for adding brocolli, which you’d think that sounded better than the calzone. It was bland and had only 8 or less pieces of broccoli. The calzone was an accurate size of a football, but I would call it an oversized, overpriced garlic knot, which the alfredo came with 3 knots but they were in a pool of grease and butter which we didn’t bother touching. Service, we had multiple staff over see us and we waited for a table and our order to be put in for 10+ minutes, granted this was 8 pm on a snow day with only 1 full table and a solo in another table, which the party seemed to have already been served and just enjoying their evening. We both couldn’t bring ourselves to finish our plates. Hopefully we just had a bad experience, it seemed like a great place with all the reviews.

The service and staff at this restaurant were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and definitely the highlight of our visit. Even though the lines were long, they moved quickly, so props to the team for keeping things efficient.

That said, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. The pizza was okay in flavor, but I’m not a fan of toppings sliding off, which was a major drawback for me. From a size perspective, the large pizza should be enough for four people. We ordered for six and still had enough for everyone to enjoy a slice and some wings, so it’s a decent option for a quick bite.

The wings had good seasoning but were on the dry side—not quite what I’d hope for in a dish like that. The calamari tasted fine but came in a surprisingly small portion for the price. While I wasn’t expecting a massive serving, it was barely enough for even two people to share. The Caesar salad was pretty standard—nothing memorable there.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the food alone. However, the staff’s excellent service deserves recognition and made the experience better than it otherwise would have been. If you value friendly service above all, this might still be worth a visit.

This place’s pizza was barely better than a DiGiorno’s pizza. The customer service was absolutely non-existent. I literally had to go into the kitchen almost twice to get something. Also, either bring your own plates or don’t use any. After I attempted grab two plates, eight plates later, they were still dirty (greasy fingerprints, dried food, rotten lettuce on the plates)

The sign outside is true! Best bloody mary in town. Personally, I think they have the best lasagna in town and the garlic rolls are sooo good! You need to try them out!
