Online ordering is dead. You want your food made-to-order? You better be standing in front of that counter watching the employee make the food you pay for. Can’t remember the last time I even had Qdoba because it’s been so long.
It’s like they don’t believe in double-wrapping the burrito or that they CAN, in fact, fit all the ingredients, even IF extra rice and double chicken and guac and extra cotija cheese, etc., etc. was ordered. Look, if you need to give me those extra ingredients on the side, in a bowl, I don’t know… do something!
This is why I stopped paying for extra anything at any food place. It’s just way too easy to not be given what you pay for, or if you are, it’s not hot, fresh off the grill. I appreciate the extra rice, but where was the cilantro? the extra chicken? the guacamole? the cotija cheese? None of that was there.
Gosh, I regret not simply walking in to order.
The business was clean and the employee who made the order and served me was very polite. No loud music playing or bad smells. Small, but adequate seating. This was at 7:25pm on a rainy Thursday night.

Food was good. Unfortunately every table was dirty. The employees looks like its the worst day ever. The customer in front of us asked the gentleman working if it has been a busy day. He responded im not sure i just got here and am dreading it. Pop machine is leaking all over the lobby floor. We seriously got a half of avocado for guacamole. Think if I want Qdoba again I will choose a different location.

I wanted to write a nice review for our server Kidd! My husband and I always like to split a bowl and she was so great about splitting our preferences in the bowl. She even labeled the bean side for us, which I’ve never had happen before! Thanks so much. We really like this location now.
