Sat in the line for five minutes until the lady finally took her order and I ordered a large mango refresher with green tea and my mother ordered a medium sugar-free protein latte because she is diabetic. We finally pull up and wait for 10 minutes in the line, staring at the window. We finally get our order and my refresher isn’t even mixed and my mother received a large iced caramel signature latte with four commerce swirl one milk, one whipped cream, one caramel drizzle, and one cinnamon sugar. I understand making mistakes, but this is a health hazard. If I didn’t check the receipt my mother could’ve become very ill. I tried calling them over 10 times to get a refund, and got absolutely no response. they are completely understaffed, mindless, and the owner or manager is never to be found. Don’t go here unless you want your order messed up or your time wasted.

I went to this dunkin on 2/14/2026 at 11:30am. I ordered a chocolate protein latte. Iced. I asked if they could put cream in it. The male staff said he could not. I said why not? He was like it’s a latte it’s made with milk. I said I know but I want a splash of cream and it’s iced so you’re not steaming my cream. A woman took over. She was putting in my order THEN the manager said no you can’t do that, made comment about how it would taste off, and that it was against the policy , that lattes are a milk exclusive beverage. First, if it tastes bad… oh well! It’s my drink lol. Second it’s definitely not against policy. I can get my drink customized to my liking and have before at other Dunkin’s. I got tired of trying to get the employee to just add cream to my drink that I was like can I get the cream on the side. They were like that’s fine. So like you know the cream is going in my drink right? You inconvenienced me … when I come to dunkin I expect my drink to be made to my asking. It’s not like you have to open several cream containers. I used to work at dunkin— you just have to press one button. The manager at this place clearly thinks they can gate keep lattes and her attitude sucks. Maybe consider replacing her. Never had a good experience with her.

Moldy eggs. They look gray or whatever. Email sent to Dunkin that’s disgusting . I didn’t noticed till half way. I throw everything up. My ice coffee tasted horrible too and the Hash browns cold. Never going back to this location. HORRIBLE.

I come here every morning before work, and they’re always extremely which is understandable but today did it for me. I always place my order when I leave the house and it’s about a 15 minute drive, it’s never ready when I get there. Today once again, im waiting for my order and while waiting I put a straw in my drink and the coffee taste like absolute TRASH, I asked them to remake and the girl asked what’s wrong. I told her it taste really sour and disgusting, she proceeded to ask if I just brushed my teeth, I told her yes. She tries telling me the coffee taste bad because I just brushed my teeth. I brush my teeth every day at the same time and order the SAME EXACT coffee every day. She remade it but was so irritated that when I said “ thank you “ she didn’t say anything back. Ridiculous.

I asked for less ice but got less of the actual drink. The drink was way too sweet of course because there was hardly any liquid. The person at the window did ask if I wanted it to be remade which was nice but I was in line for a while already and was going to be late of I waited any longer. For $6 this is ridiculous.

Jus know that this location is a good location. BUT they do not have enough staff (at this moment) to traffic-location ratio. Be prepared to wait for your order/drive-thru or inside order. My order is right and or make accommodations based on what runs out. The staff there really do their best to make it run smoothly!

I ordered a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese. My card was charged, and I was told to wait at the second window. After more than 40 minutes in total with no communication, I was told they dropped the last bagel and had no more.
I then had to wait even longer just to get a refund. This complete lack of organization and customer service made me late for work. Totally unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

This is probably the worst Duncan I have ever been to to order one drink. It took 15 minutes from the time that I ordered to get to the window once I get to the window no one acknowledge the drive-through also, they have the window open talking loud about other employees very unprofessional I ended up driving off because my drink wasn’t made. I wasn’t being acknowledged and I waited 25 minutes. Duncan needs to do better.
