I visited this place because it was right down the street from the hostel I was staying at.
It was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had! It was delicious and had a good ratio between the veggies and meat. The bread was fresh and the flavor was fantastic. I’m so grateful I stopped by. The sandwich was filling as I hadn’t eaten lunch and was having it before my flight back home, so it made for a quick dinner!
The staff was friendly and they play good music! I’m glad I said hello 🙂

Decent food, the banh mi (lemongrass chicken) wasn’t what I expected. It was cubed and nicely seasoned but prefer a charred flavor(most authentic). Overall a fun take on the original banh mi. The bread was light and airy which was great but it was soggy real quick.

Face says it all. In fact, stuff your face here on date night and you’ll leave feeling not even the slightest bit guilty because the food is so vibrant and fresh. Do try not to choke from eating so fast, so your partner can’t get as many bites as you as you share the ginger lemongrass bowl and red curry beef salad with creamy ginger dressing. Must have Vietnamese coffee for the sweetest of treats afterwards. Full transparency— my love took me here after we had a quarreling, but now I’m so full of happiness I forgot what we fought about. Their food is love!!!

Tasty food, friendly staff and quick service. My only issue is that the red curry beef bahn mi has had super small portions of meat the last few times I’ve ordered. For a 17$ sandwich (including tax and tip) I’d like more meat and not mostly toppings (although delicious) and bread. It’s been like a thin spread of meat the last 3x.

One of my fav spots in Charleston! The food is SO fresh and flavorful. I switch it up between the Banh Mi’s and Bowls- but honestly everything is amazing. The staff and owner are all so welcoming and nice. I can’t say enough good things about this spot! Definitely a local favorite.

I’ve generally enjoyed this spot. However, my order of the Lemongrass Chicken Bon Mi (x2) today was terrible and contained more hair than a barber shop floor. It was inedible. And after just one bite I have a hair stuck in my throat. The only thing I can think of to describe it is from the episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm where Larry David gets a hair caught in his throat too.

Soooo good! I got the ginger lemongrass chicken Banh Mi and my dad got the tamarind shrimp Banh Mi. We both loved our dishes – fresh ingredients + flavorful. All their hot sauces are fire, too Cute little place with a chill vibe. enjoyed dining in 🙂

What a great little casual spot to grab a quick bite! Fresh veggies, meat, and plenty of gluten free options—without trying to do too much. The staff were friendly and responsive and the food came quickly. The toasted banh mi with five spice pork was especially delicious on a cooler day.

I’ve never had a banh mi before until I tried this place and I have no regrets about it. The sandwich was super fresh, flavorful, light yet satisfying. The house-made jalapeño sriracha sauce was also a great accompaniment and should definitely be eaten with the sandwich every time
