We are so glad Einstein Bros. Bagels opened here in Fleming Island! Connor served us today and made us feel so welcome. After seeing some mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing (they do close earlier than some spots, so keep that in mind if you’re planning a later visit). Every employee we encountered was kind and friendly. We even saw guests arrive after us and they received the same warm service, which tells me the positive experience wasn’t just a fluke. I’m chalking up the negative reviews I read before as just a bad egg or two.
My husband ordered the jalapeño cheddar brisket bagel with eggs, he said it was absolutely delicious and rated it about a 2/5 on the spicy scale. I had the six cheese bagel with egg, sausage, and cheddar (plus a little mayo) and it was amazing, so flavorful and filling! Our toddler enjoyed a giant chocolate chip cookie and declared it “the best she ever had” (and toddlers don’t lie about cookies ). For drinks, my husband tried the breakfast blend coffee and liked it, while I went for the blended nitro mocha brew. I usually stick with Starbucks, but this one really impressed me!
Right now they’re offering BOGO breakfast sandwiches and free hot coffee, which makes it an even better deal. The store was very clean, and we noticed they also have fresh juices, an app full of deals, online ordering, and even offer a military discount!
Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a quick, delicious breakfast spot. We’re so glad to have this new option in our area!

i’ve been going to Einstein‘s for many years across different states and I have to say this was hands-down possibly the best experience I’ve ever had at any Einstein. Ashley, who happens to be one of the managers is the one who helped me with my order. What can I say, she is absolutely amazing with her Customer Service. The quality and taste of my food was incredible and the timing with which they made it was also very quick. The store looks phenomenal and the staff all seem to be really really nice. Connor happens to be another. Manager is the one who made my coffee and I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was one of the best coffee’s of Einstein. Plus he really went over and above with his Customer service too. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

What truly mattered was how Erica and Brian at the Fleming Island Einstein Bagels handled it. They went above and beyond to meet my expectations and made sure I still left as a very satisfied customer. Their professionalism, kindness, and problem-solving mindset turned the situation into a great experience. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you both — I’ll definitely be back!

I was excited to visit this location since the last one I went to often was when I lived in Georgia. I was greatly disappointed in what I brought home. I already spent too much time waiting for my food as all the other patrons had their food and things had slowed down. I’m not sure if I’ll be back.

This bagel shop is really good. The bagels are fresh and the combination of ingredients is unique. The lunch is nice also. I really liked the turkey and cheddar bagel. The manager said something about if you join the rewards do you can get free coffee. I wasn’t paying attention too closely because my food had just arrived and I was distracted by the quality of the sandwich. Overall a really nice little bagel shop.

The food is amazing. We ordered the box with 6 bagels and sandwiches and the lady taking our order said “oh they’re gonna hate you for ordering that” which was a bit of a turnoff. It was 9:20 am and usually the rush ends by that time. It was a bit busy and didn’t take long to get the food. It was also ridiculously hot inside. Not sure if the heat was on, but with the sun shining right into the business it felt like a sauna. We had to sit outside and wait for the food to be ready because sitting inside was super uncomfortable. I think with the right customer service training for the front of house, and a decent temperature inside, I would’ve given it 5 stars.

I showed up at 10 and they were packed!!!! So good I got a farm house and maple house and honestly best thing I ever had!! Erica, Brian, and Kiara were all so nice and polite. Kiara made my caramel cold brew and it was delicious 🙂 I will be back yall rock!!!!

It was our first time here. Jen and Brian were extremely kind, patient and helped with recommendations on the menu. We enjoyed the pizza bagel and the chocolate chip bagels! Highly recommend.
