We went for our anniversary / date night on valentines day and we expected it to be packed, busy & a line out the door and we were right but we had time to spare as we didn’t have a set time to be home by so we went and looked around the mall for a while & came back just in time for our seat! We were given exceptionally great service & our food was unbelievably delicious. Well worth the wait & definitely worth every dollar spent. He got a delicious looking steak dinner with potatoes and corn while I indulged in the pasta carbonara with chicken & extra sauce & I tried a bite of his potatoes and they were so good and my pasta dish was tasty in every bite. Will happily return here.

I loved it.
The menu is huge, so everyone can find their favorite to choose from. I went with Americana burger and original cheesecake. The portion size is big, but I wouldn’t say it’s that big.
The burger was excellent, perfect combination of flavors, juicy and very filling. Fries were also perfect but were not seasoned. The original cheesecake was good, but not the best I tried.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be coming back for sure.

I ordered the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta and a chicken salad, and both were fantastic! The pasta was flavorful with just the right amount of spice, and the chicken salad that coming with sesame sauce was fresh, hearty, and satisfying. The portions are huge, so come hungry! And of course, the cheesecake is a total calorie bomb—but it’s worth every bite.
Service:
Our waitress, Perla, was so nice and attentive. She made great recommendations and checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect. Her friendliness really added to the experience.

Ciera Gump (Ciera Sunshine)
The ambiance was elegant and the food options abundant. The teriyaki salmon bowl had perfectly cooked mushrooms and other veggies for a great value just under $20. In my party, the chicken Parmesan sandwich with a Cesar salad side was a solid option. The service was amicable and fast. Fun location in downtown Bellevue with nearby parking garage.

i don’t often eat at the cheesecake factory, and when i do i almost always order a flatbread; however, the sesame ginger chicken was rlly good, it was the perfect portion!! i’d def come back for it 🙂 the lemon raspberry cream cheesecake was v tasty and the sweetness built up, but base of it was light

Had an amazing anniversary dinner at The Cheesecake Factory in Bellevue! The food was delicious, and our server, Dan, made the experience unforgettable. She was friendly, attentive, and really went the extra mile to make our special day memorable. Highly recommend this location for both great food and excellent service!

We love a Cheesecake Factory. We usually go to one whenever we travel, when we’re too lazy to research local spots. This one was good. The service was really great, location is convenient, parking is ample. It’s hard to get consistently delicious food at chains like this. The food wasn’t horrible, don’t get me wrong. We still ate it, we still enjoyed it. We’ve just had better at other locations. It’s still a solid place to go to!

Consistently great food, service, and atmosphere. Pricy yes, but so are everywhere else. We were there around 5pm without reservation, waited less than 10 minutes. It gets crowded after that.

We visited The Cheesecake Factory in Bellevue on December 13 around 10:35 PM for dinner. At first, we were seated in the bar area, and a server came by to check our IDs. We told them we weren’t planning to order drinks, so we were moved to another section of the restaurant.
After that, we waited to place our order,. While other tables around us were being served no one approached our table to take our order. We even asked a staff member to send our server, Antonio, to take our order. We were told to be patient, but no one ever came to our table. After checking again and still getting no response, we eventually decided to leave.
What made the experience worse was the lack of concern from the staff. No one seemed apologetic or bothered by the fact that we had been waiting so long. It felt like no one really took ownership of the situation.
This could have been avoided if we had been asked about our seating preference upfront and seated in the right section from the beginning. More importantly, when a customer raises a concern, it shouldn’t matter whether the person approached is “their” server or not, someone should step in and help instead of brushing it off.
Very disappointing experience and poor service overall.
