Went to Hong Kong recently after seeing a couple of people getting a pupu platter the last time there. We ordered soup appetizers, a pupu platter and lo mein.
When we received the soups, waitress said she had told kitchen to hold back on making the rest till we were ready.
Started eating soup and the rest of our meal comes out. By the time we were ready for the lo mein, it was cool, not hot.
The pupu meats were well over done, very dry and tough. We spoke with the waitress and she said to order it less cooked next time (we mistakenly assumed they would know how to cook it so we would enjoy it). So just beware, you don’t always get your meal the way you like it or as you paid for it. Very disappointing!!

First time at Hong Kong Restaurant and we liked it a lot. Service was fantastic. Food was so good that my husband even ordered wonton soup to go. He said best he has had. We have been look for a good sit down Chinese restaurant and this place fill all our needs except it’s about 35 minutes from home.

Showed up at 7:59pm Hours say they close at 9. Told they aren’t seating people. This is the fourth time this has happened. Why close an hour or more than you state yours hours of operation? Last week they closed an hour a half early because they were slow!
Save yourself the time and go not even two minutes down the street to Jades! Honestly better Chinese food and they are open like there hours state they are!

Just moved back to the area looking for a good Chinese place. I’m super picky and the food is bomb! Will definitely be my go to Chinese spot. Love that they give duck sauce too.

Came for some dinner with friends and had one of our best experiences ,from the super friendly server morgan who helpd us decide on some drinks made by the beautiful ivanna there bartender followed by some of the best Chinese in the city . They don’t skip a beat with there plates. If your looking for a nice spot to have a drink and some good food don’t be shy to stop by .

Was in the area today, picked up takeout. Nothing exciting, chow mein sandwich, fried rice and an order of egg rolls, all very good. It’s a bit far from home but going to be my go to takeout when I’m at that end of the city. Much better than my usual takeout stop.
