The food is delicious, consistently good. It is always busy which in my book is testament to the quality. Since finding this restaurant, very few measure up to there taste. Now for the service, I would be frustrated if I worked there. There HAS to be a new way to manage the orders. While waiting for my food for pickup, two door dash people left frustrated. After waiting for about an hour, I left as well. It is NOT the staff but the system. Yes they weren’t the “nicest” staff but they are under a lot of pressure. I hope the owner can look into this issue as it is losing money and any other restaurant would love to have these issues of high demand!

This is my second time at this restaurant and they have not disappointed. The first time we had the Lomo Saltado and the Triple which is ceviche, jalea and seafood rice. The portions are big and the prices are cheaper than other restaurants around. We had the lunch special $13 that comes with a soup, meal option and a drink. They have lots of options to pick from for the lunch specials. The location is small inside, but the food is amazing. On our first trip we had a small wait for a table but it was worth it. Every dish that came out of the kitchen looked delicious

this isnt the same taste when i went a few months ago, the pichanga was overly salty too much acid and too little portions for the price we paid. it seems like they are too focused on the cheap menu dishes. very dissatisfied this time.

After passing here for years we finally stopped and we are so happy we did! Welcoming staff and bright festive colors inside made our dine in experience that much more fun. My husband got the sampler which has a little bit of everything and was such a large portion half was taken home. I got the half rotisserie chicken with fries rice and salad. Chicken. Was seasoned and tasted so good. Fries were fresh and delicious. We will definitely be coming back and soon!!!

This restaurant charges 6% for a “credit card” fee . Six percent is ILLEGAL. Owners are stealing their own customers money without them realizing. The legal limit is 3% NOT 6% . Thats double charging a customer and taking advantage that most customers barely look at their receipt. Order so much food to just receive 1 Aji Salsa. bad service food not even good chicken is served pink inside.

Stopped in today for a takeout. Have to say, door opened to kitchen and i was stunned. Buckets of items sitting in water or some type of liquid on the floor and the place was so dirty. Started.looking around in the front, front of house is even flithy. Not the worst i ever seen, but this was bad.
Hopefully they do a deep cleaning sometime soon!!

I ordered something, and I received something else (check your bag before leaving the place). I ordered a chicken order and received half of the chicken (Call the lady, and she said, “Come and get the order half of the chicken ,I drive there,wait there for 10 minutes and the lady told me there is no more chicken.(she give me something instead free to make up for the missing chicken).
Almost before closing ( I’ve been there other days earlier, and this does happen .

I had gone they’re around 12:30, and I had ordered online around 12:10 and they said the food is ready in 20-30 minutes as I got they’re food wasn’t ready. I had been waiting till around 1:20 and when I was there a guy had said “this is my third complain on you guys from the food” in Spanish. Once i’d received the food I had gone home for my family to eat, they didn’t touch one of the combos because I had ordered 2 but they had at around 65% of one them, When we were finishing up my little brother had grabbed some fries and he started coughing and he had felt stabbing and what he pulled out was a … WIRED METAL . We called the place saying we wanted a refund after what we’d just witness but they said they wanted us to come in, the lady offered to refund us for the one we hasent touched at all. I refused saying we wanted a full refund for the food we haven’t touched knowing what just happened knowing the danger it had caused, and one of the combos that was about 70% done where the piece of wired metal had been found. They refused but the worker had said she’ll call the boss, after waiting about 30 minutes she’d finally call the boss and she said the boss had said only refund u for one, and I said no we need both because this situation could go way worst than what it is, so after a long talk with the boss, the lady had given me the money. The food was honestly not good, and the worker and workers had been very rude and taking their very sweet time. Worst place i’ve been to be aware of coming here don’t recommend at all and health department will be called, and there’s a picture with proof on what had been found.

Worse chicken I ever tasted. French fries were soggy and tasted like it was cooked in old dirty oil. Chaufa de pollo only had 6 pieces of chicken. The green sauce was not tasty. Planet chicken’s green sauce is way better. I will not recommend this spot.
