Last night we ordered two of your All American Smash Burger meal deals, our smash burgers were completely smashed. A complete mess. I would not be leaving this review if this was the first time. I have ordered your smash burger two other times to have a complete mess when I unwrapped them. Description says-patties are smashed (not the whole burger). I wouldn’t waste your money on the smash burger. Fries and tots were spot on. Everything else is good!

Stopped by to get diner for the family and wow what a joke. The foot long coney was a hot mess and looked like someone was already eating on it before the brought it out. And I ordered a #2 with only ketchup and of course it had everything on it. Sonic wants to charge premium price but give garage service and product.

This place used to be really good; they’ve gone down hill. Early morning shift does good; it’s the afternoon and dinner they mess up a lot. They’re still better than Elkins McDonald’s though.

I ordered mozzarella sticks and they tasted like fish….my son said that his hamburger didn’t taste right either… shortly after eating a few bites his stomach started hurting…the other one in the car also had mozzarella sticks and started feeling sick to her stomach.

Everything I ordered they told me they could get me but when I got my order half of the things were missing, I called the manager. She said they didn’t even have gravy for the last two years with it for the chicken that they told me that they were gonna give me gravy some man they also have a button to order Texas toast and I asked if they did and he said no he had no way of knowing how much that was. Don’t trust this Elkins, Arkansas Sonic unless you’re talking to a manager. It is very apparent that the men that work here at least during the evening do not care if they get the order right or if you get what you ordered or if they even tell you the correct thing.

I had the blt, it was pretty good. Been there quite a few times lately. It’s Sonic, however the service from their bright, kind employees is the gift at the Sonic in Elkins, ar. The service and the orders seem to be dead on and with a new customer centered experience. Bravo to you and your employees, well done.
