Delicious food! The chicken fingers are so good!!! We had great customer service from Margaret inside the store! She was very kind and I was purchasing some items she explained the rewards program to me and I signed up! Kelsey the hostess was wonderful! Very kind and friendly. Maria was very nice and we enjoyed the food!

I’ve always loved Cracker Barrel. I’ve moved down to this area for the winter for the 1st time this year and we went to this Cracker Barrel on Rte 64. The food as usual was awesome. The entire staff was terrific, very welcoming. Our waitress, Terry, was incredibly thoughtful, friendly and considerate as was the manager who was working this evening and spoke with us. This restaurant had a very large store with lots if great stuff! Highly recommend!

Cracker barrel is consistently good. The staff are always very nice and even when there’s a wait, the food comes out pretty quickly. The atmosphere is always comfortable although it does get noisy , making it slightly difficult to have a conversation. Their store is a great distraction while you’re waiting with lots of cool seasonal items. Cracker barrel is always a welcome place to go with good food in a comfortable environment.

Wait staff was friendly and attentive. They don’t have my favorite “Uncle Herschel’s” breakfast so I have to piece it together. This time I went with the country fried steak because they no longer have the hamburger steak. New menu has new higher prices but not by much. I’ve been ordering Uncle Herschel’s for 30 years (and sharing with my father before that when I was a kid). Everything was hot and fresh as usual with Cracker Barrel! Overall, it was an exceptional solo visit this time as I usually come with family and friends. Keep up the good work.

The only reason why I gave it a 4star on atmosphere is because all the antiques that used to be up on the wall aren’t there anymore. Some but most have been taken down And that was kind of the big thing for a lot of us going to cracker barrel besides the food obviously.

The best thing about this Cracker Barrel is the atmosphere, which is unlike any other Cracker Barrel around. But, in all honesty, Cracker Barrel in general has gone downhill in terms of their food. Their menu seems to be completely different, or at least, different enough to ruin the family feel that we all loved over the years. To that end, the steak I used to order is no longer on the menu, replaced instead by a New York Strip that costs as much as one at locations such as Longhorn. Sorry to say but if I am going to spend that much on a steak it is going to be at a steakhouse. For this visit I tried for the first time their burger. It was okay, but not something I would order again. The service also continues to falter, with our server disappearing. We even had to remind her, when she finally appeared, that we had asked for our biscuits prior to our entrees coming out. We used to love Cracker Barrel but we are going to find it hard to go back to this location, or any other, in the near future.
