You can get a great chicken fried steak dinner and it comes with a salad, veggie and mashed potatoes! All of the food is amazing id recommend the taco plate or smother burritos both breakfast and lunch/dinner are the best burritos you’ll ever have, and it’s the freshest best food you’ll find in Reserve New Mexico.

My husband and I moved to Gallup, NM last year and finally decided to take a trip to Silver City, NM on Saturday, August 30th. We stumbled across this little cafe about lunch time. My husband ordered the Club Sandwich with sourdough bread and onion rings, and I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich with fries. My husband said that’s the best club sandwich he’s had in forever; the cook definitely doesn’t skimp on the meats. Other than the nasty little tendon that chicken breast seem to be plagued with nowadays, my sandwich was delicious and flavorful. Worth the discovery and stop.

Don’t expect it to be fast but everything was fresh tasting and made to order. Chicken enchiladas were best I’ve had in a long time. Both green and red chile were very flavorful and delicious. The chicken was perfect. Overheard they got they accidentally got the wrong chicken in their delivery. I hope they switch to this chicken permanently.

Pricing is insanity. Staff is friendly and nice, atmosphere is fine too. Food is very very mediocre, have been on multiple occasions, to give other food options a try, but am always disappointed. You pay $13.00 for a “cheeseburger” which is a frozen patty slapped with cheese, oh but don’t stop there! to add a scoop of FAKE STORE BOUGHT guacamole in a package to that said “burger” they charge you another $3.00?!! A JOKE. This business knows NOTHING about financials, and how things should be priced. they are over charging for frozen product, that leaves you with a stomach ache at the end of the day. Terrible terrible.

Called in about an hour before closing, we were 45 min away and we were able to place our order thinking we’d pick up only but the sweet waitress offered we dine in! We arrived about 10 min before closing and our food was ready! Hands down the best burgers and service we had in this town the last 3 days of being here for our hunt! Stacey was very attentive, nice and just a beautiful vibe and smile!! Thank you Stacey and I apologize for the mischievous grown kid we had in our party that scared you ! Thank you for the delicious food and amazing service we will definitely be back again!
