We have come to inclined burgers many times before. The owner Mitch is a very kind man, if he had been there tonight, I know he would’ve been extremely disappointed. Myself and many others left upset. We ordered to go. Upon picking it up, it looks correct, when we got home, we realized that our burgers had no cheese and only lettuce (no other toppings) and there was no chicken on our chicken salad. When I went back to ask for my correct order or for them to remake the mistakes. I was met with absolute attitude and rudeness from the young lady at the to go window. She Claimed that I said no cheese on my burgers and that I shouldn’t put that if that’s not what I wanted… I was shocked . Even after I showed her my mobile order which clearly does not say no cheese on it. The young girl then tried to talk to the manager on duty and cooks in the back. Instead of them remaking my meal right away and apologizing for the inconvenience they argued back-and-forth and I was met with a lot of anger and no apologies. In Spanish, the girl continued to tell the cooks several times in that I asked for no cheese, but apparently now that’s not what I want. Which she knew was her mistake not mine. first, the manager on duty gave me the remade chicken salad with chicken on it. Then I said I was still waiting for my two burgers to be made, and he was visibly upset, then there was more arguing between him and the young lady. I received my two burgers after another 15 minutes and had to ask for my fries again, which we’re just sitting at the heat lamp, not remade. We are incline locals and it’s sad that we’ve lost a restaurant that we have been loyal to. Attached is the receipt they gave me which states no cheese, and the picture of my mobile order that clearly says extra SPECIAL SAUCE and that’s it. After all their arguing about remaking my food it is now been an hour and a half since I placed my mobile order and am driving home with my food. No apologies. 60$ for 2 burgers and a chicken salad…. And the worst customer service.

Ok. I felt INCLINED to leave a review here because I loved my burger and chicken nuggets and fries. It’s a corner spot that just hits and listen STEWART. Your two star review is so not what this place is and you should be ashamed to leave that review here. Clearly you have an agenda or something was not going well that day.
Everyone; this place hits and has a great little outdoor patio. Don’t listen to Stewart and his negativity. Come have a burger and enjoy. I also took a photo of my delicious half eaten burger. You’re welcome.

While in Tahoe we decided to get burgers here and it was delicious! We got some beers the blood orange one is refreshing along with the spicy inclined nuggets which weren’t spicy but tender and tasty, inclined burger, inclined spicy chicken burger and fries. Do give them a try!

Small place with indoor and outside seating. Garlic fries are delicious. The spicy grilled chicken sandwich was ok. I wouldn’t call it spicy. My husband had the Inclined chicken sandwich and said it was ok.

Stopped in for a double and was not disappointed. This place is such a cool vibe and the food matches, the burger was juicy and delicious. A bit dry on sauces but overall great meal.

I was pretty disappointed with incline burgers. It is a nice restaurant. However, the hamburger that I had was subpar. The bun which appeared to be a Costco bun to me was stale. It was nice. Lightly toasted but not enough to overcome the stale taste. The hamburger patty seemed to me to be a pre-made Frozen Patty from Costco. It was dry and poorly cooked. The onion and tomato were nice but the lettuce was a single piece of romaine lettuce which was wilted. It came with a nice mayonnaise sauce but it wasn’t enough to overcome the stale bun and the overcooked and dry hamburger patty.
They also need to work on their beer selection. They have five taps and two were empty. Cups over the tap handles.
It’s a cool little restaurant in a shopping center in Incline Village. If they were to work on their burgers a bit it would be a top-notch restaurant.
Got a side of garlic fries. They were good. I’d get those again.

Came here for lunch since a place touting burgers and brews sounded like a fun spot. The seating situation is alright, a bit crowded with the small space. The staff was friendly, although didn’t really know much about the beers they had. We decided to get the chicken strips and fries for our daughter and try their fried chick inclined sandwich. The chicken strips are basically large chicken nuggets, they weren’t what I would expect to get when ordering chicken strips. They tasted okay, but the texture and being clearly processed meat was not great. I don’t know why they don’t just bread chicken breast strips since they have a fried chicken sandwich… Our daughter ate the strips and fries and was happy though. The sandwich looks better than it tastes. It was okay, nothing special other than having a good portion of pickles on it which was nice. Pretty plain and boring though. The lower prices are nice, but its definitely reflected in the quality.

Went as a group of 7 and they had outdoor seating that we were able to use. The indoor seating is very limited. The food was awesome though! We cut up 3 different sandwiches and tried the loaded nuggets and garlic fries. All were great but the spicy chicken sandwich was by far my favorite.
