Very disappointing they forgot one of my meals.They forgot my extra barbecue sauce had to go back a second time.The manager was rude. When you spend a $104 somewhere, you would think that they would be a little bit more compassionate. That’s okay.The chicken shack woodward, made it so much better.

Ribs are excellent as always but… cod dinner terrible! Completely changed their recipe. Same with coleslaw, was more like mush. To warrant their high prices should have better tasting food.

They don’t have to do good corn, but I loved the buttered sweet corn. The fried chicken was juicy and crispy even after being in the car and the potatoes are deliciously almost deep fried, just a lil too dripping with oil on the bottom by the end

Excellent service. Food was hot and made to order. Slight problem with debit/credit card payment machine but it happens. Employees were helpful with good attitudes. Answered questions that a first time had while I was in the store with no problems. He was very patient with the elderly customer. All you can ask for.

I tried the new chicken sandwich today. It was excellent. Comes with pickles, spicy mayo and lettuce. You can get the sandwich seperate or the sandwich in a combo. One of the better chicken sandwiches out there.

C’mon guys! I ordered the 30 piece wing meal like I have in the past from this restaurant,, not only has the wings gotten a lot smaller over the past year or so, but now you guys are putting the tips of the flat part of the wings as part of the meal??? Really!? You guys can’t be serious! I paid $46.00 for this meal. I gotta tell you it’s horrible! If you’re going to charge these prices at least care! Please don’t put the wing tips from the flats they’re useless and just shows you guys don’t care!! Anyways I won’t be returning!

Wow this place has gone down hill. Ordered a 3pc cod dinner, what a disappointment. The pieces used to be decent sized, but not ad big as say the cod at Culver’s. These pieces were HALF the size they’ve used to be and prices are to high for what I ordered. I’d almost swear these were frozen pieces of cod they just drop in the fryers. I used to order from here often, but the last few times with the prices and portions, I find better quality and value at others places….. I was really disappointed.

SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT MY MEAL WASN’T SATISFACTORY. I ASKED FOR THE SNACK BBQ POTATOES WITH COLESLAW. I ASKED THEM IF MY POTATOES COULD BE FRESH OUT OF THE OIL AND TO PUT EXTRA BBQ SAUCE ON MY MEAT. WELL, THEY WERE VERY NICE IN THERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NICE ET, CETERA, BUT THE MEAL WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING, THE POTATOES WERE NOT FRESH THEY WERE COOKED AND THEN DIPPED IN THE OIL AGAIN, AND THEN IT WAS LOT OF THE END OF THE POTATOES. YOU KNOW THE NOT THE FULL POTATO HUNK “SCRAPS”.. AND THE MEAT WAS NOT COOKED.IT WAS BURNT AND HARD, AND REALLY NO SMOKE FLAVOR IT TASTES LIKE IT WAS PARBOILED AND THEN JUST PUT ON THE GRILL WILL NOT BE RETURNING SORRY ABOUT THAT.I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO A WONDERFUL LUNCH.I HAVE TO CALL IT THE WAY IT IS

I ordered the rib snack meal every thing was amazing till the next morning I woke up very ill, I knew I had gotten food poisoning I had gotten sick and threw up about 3 times, had the chills all day, I have never had a problem with this place until yesterday, please make sure your meat is not old, salmonella is a real thing and I’m very ill from the carry out I had .
