The place is quite for a reason my food was microwaved and the margarita had no alcohol and when I told the owner I didn’t like it she said I was going to have to pay for it anyways. I would never return here. The chips and salsa was not fresh they were burnt

Genuine, good food from genuine, good people. This isn’t a big chain operation with servers to wait on you hand and foot every second of your time, but that doesn’t make it bad service. Reviews are often the result of a circumstantial situation or the result of elevated expectations. When you go to a family owned and local spot, take yourself out of the mindset of overinflated demands and enjoy the moment, the realness, and authenticity. We didn’t have a server stuck on their phone and ignoring us, we had a server who was also waiting on others when a group of 15+ walked in. They handled it and the kitchen got their food out as fast as ours. The orders were correct and the food was very good – the proportions were great, too. We enjoyed the experience and you will, too.

Food was good, friendly staff. Everything was good up until it was time to pay. The waitress was up front talking to friends for long time, never brought out check, we walked towards the front to pay the bill, a waiter was trying to help us but the check was not ready. She had not added the last drink we order. I will probably not be going back.

Food was ok. My steamed veggies weren’t steamed right. The steak wasnt medium rare like I wanted. Only 4 of us ate and spent $109 when it should of been only $84 or so .They charged $5 for a very small cup of guacamole. And then they charged a 20% gratuity. Also had the nerve the ask for a tip.. HELL NO YOUR TIP IS THE 20% GRATUITY. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

If I could give it zero stars I would.
They advertise from 12p-5p happy hour. $3 beers. We were charged $5.99
We were charged $10.99 for 2 medicine cap fulls of liquor.
Asked the server how much everything was before we got it, and she claimed she didn’t know. Yet when it was time to pay, she surely knew the price of everything.
Food was nasty.
Should’ve known the place was going to be bad when we pulled up and saw no customers or cars, and the waitress outside on her phone.

Monterreys just up the street is better, food is better at Monterreys and service is better and I’ll tell you why, floor was nasty looking, the food I was charged for was not as advertised, tell me how a order for guacamole is $5 but it came in one of those small cups they usually put lemon wedges in. The shrimp cocktail tasted awful and they had the audacity to charge me over $100 for just 3 people who’s orders didn’t come as advertised on the menu. The last straw for me was they charged me almost $20 extra for gratuity and then asked for a tip, I THINK NOT, TAKE THAT DAMN NEAR $20 YOU TOOK THE LIBERTY OF ADDING. Advise nobody too ever go here, go to Monterreys or any other Mexican restaurant that isnt this one or affiliated with it.

The service was fast and we happened to get in when it was quiet and not too busy. Adrian was our server he was great! We have had him several times and his service makes us keep coming back. The food is great too and we always get service fairly quickly and the orders are always right.

Shared lunch with a friend. The meal for two was enough for a family of four. It was delicious and I highly recommend them. The waitress was attentive and kept our drinks filled and salsa full. With the tip it was $34. My friend took home left overs enough for another meal.

I brought a new friend in today for lunch. She had the lunch Chicken Quesadilla and I had Medina’s Fajita’s. Both were delicious! The bill was just over $ 20, $24 with tip. Enjoy!
