I can see why the other reviews are so bad here. Came in while traveling through town and was going to grab a pizza. Saw that the pizza place here closes at 6 pm on a Sunday and we got to the counter at 5:51. I understand that we arrived close to closing but they are supposed to be open until 6 pm.
The lady’s response was we close in 9 minutes and it takes 10 minutes for a pizza. I asked for a manager, and she proceeded to give an unrelated excuse saying they probably ran out of defrosted dough. A quick cover for letting them stop early to clean and leave.
Poorly handled by making up fake excuses and covering for your employees by lying.
I live by the corporate offices for Walmart and Sam’s Club and they would not be pleased with this kind of customer service whatsoever. None of the stores there would operate this way.
