Dunkin’ Glazed Donut: It would be mendacious of me to say I’m a fan of Dunkin Donuts (DD) or Dunkin’ as they’re now called. Overall, DD has been more miss than hit for me. What’s worse is with DD being as numerous as they are in my area, they are often the only type of doughnuts brought to work meetings and social events. It got to the point that I no longer even cared for doughnuts as a dessert because I thought all doughnuts tasted this bad. When a sole Krispy Kreme opened in my state (along with numerous “craft doughnut” shops) I realized doughnuts could actually taste good. In recent years I have managed to discover a minuscule variety of acceptable flavors from DD. The Glazed Donut is one of those flavors as it defied my expectations. Their glazed donut is a yeast/raised donut coated in a sweet and sugary glaze. For DD it tasted relatively fresh and had a thick and chewy texture. Putting it head-to-head with Krispy Kreme’s Original Glazed, DD’s is larger, but less sweet. I’ll take quality over quantity in this case. It’s really not even a fair fight as Krispy Kreme’s Original Glazed transcends the category. DD take was still impressive enough to be Doughboy approved

We’re glad to have Dunkin in our town. We went through the drive through in the early hours and the line formed up quickly behind us. Customer service is great! Busy guy in there taking, making, ringing up and delivering the orders. Wow!

Most disgusting coffee i’ve ever had in my entire life, they’ve never made my drink correctly. Go to another location. The workers are also rude for absolutely no reason at all.

How disappointing to order a dozen of cream filled doughnuts, and when you get home and start to eat them and discover that only three of the dozen had the cream inside, and see the disappointment in my grand children’s . How does that happen? This isn’t the first time it’s happened. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard a response from The location as of yet.

Newer location in Franklin, WI. Coffee was horrible. I ordered a mocha and my wife ordered a turbo dark. No clue what we received but it wasn’t that. The coffee was scalding hot so by the time it cooled down enough for us to drink it was too late for us to take it back. Also, the person serving us couldn’t understand us. We ordered three times in the drive thru speaker and then once again at the drive thru window. We won’t be back.

The employees don’t speak english worth a damn, and argued with my dad over a coffee that they didn’t make. He is a regular. He repeated his coffee order three times to the guy at the window, because he could hardly understand him, and after being told to go wait out front, he went in and the employee started arguing with him. My dad went there all the time too, very sad experience. Maybe hire people who speak English, when that’s what language almost everybody orders in.

Disgusting drink and horrible service. Workers forgot to add stuff to the drink and then refused to remake it even after we showed the receipt. Choose any other dunkin in the area.
