I treated myself to a ‘delivered’ pizza for a change. Generally I’m a firm believer of “I have legs and a running car so I can go get it. ” But between work and the weather, I opted for delivery for the first time. Though I was hesitant because you never know who you’re gonna get – but I was glad I did. I had a great experience with the delivery driver Matt. He was on time, brought my pizza to my door, complete with a smile and happily accepted his tip. And of course pizza was delicious and warm even in this snowstorm. Will be ordering again! I had the most pleasant experience with one of the drivers named MATT. He delivered to me twice and both times he was grateful for the tip I gave him. I felt his gracious spirit and it meant a lot to me. It impressed me soooo much I gave him a generous tip because he truly deserved it. This employee deserves a reward of some kind of award for his Can Do attitude in this inclement weather. Keep doing what you are doing Matt because customers like myself really appreciate you.

Had an amazing full sheet pizza and wings except for one of my personal favorite BBQ was replaced (probably on accident) by most likely THE kickin honey garlic (which I’ve bought once before of my own mistakes and curiosity) and sank into despair. 8/10 will be back again.

I swear I have a hard time finding authentic pizza but hands-down this is one of the best pizzas you can get in the area. Recommend this to the king if he came from overseas thank you for the good pizza. Keep up the good work.

Some of the best pizza I have had. The last one was a little over baked, Too browned, crust was just a little too hard for my liking. Otherwise it has been excellent. The price is extremely reasonable as well.

The food was great and the guy making the pizzas was chill. The woman on the phone taking to-go orders was rude and awkwardly unresponsive when phonecalls usually work both ways.

This place would have gotten 4 or 5 stars from me if only 2 things were different. Number one the onions and peppers were raw….eww usually it’s standard for them to be cooked on a steak & cheese. Love them cooked hate them raw it’s a personal preference lol. Second the amount of filling was just kind of sad really. The sandwich was actually quite good, really good flavor even with the raw vegetables, but there was barely anything there it was mostly bread. I’m still hungry after eating it which is unfortunate. If they start cooking the vegetables and actually put more steak on there I would definitely return.

So disappointed tonight, I called the Willowick location at 4:41 pm, the guy took my order, read my address back to me to confirm based on my phone number and told me 45 minutes. An hour and a half later my order was still not here, so I hit redial, talked to the same guy, he said he would check on my order, then he put a female on the phone and she tried to tell me that they have no record of my order….and no record of my phone number….I said how can that be, your worker read back my address based on MY PHONE NUMBER….!!!! Unbelievable….!!!! Will never use them again…what a shame, we really liked their pizzas….oh well.
