Honestly the worst pizza I have ever had and I’m not even super picky when it comes to pizza. I mean, I eat a Little Caesar’s. I decided to give Papa John’s a try with the BYU50 deal. I opened the box in the car and immediately knew this was BAD pizza. I picked it up 5 min after my order was set to be ready and it already looked old. My daughter said it best when she said, “It looks like it has been sitting in the box in the garbage for 2 days.” It was cold, the cheese was hard, the crust was stale. So photo – you shouldn’t be able to hold an entire pizza like that. We tried to reheat it but it only made it worse. So terrible! Just go to Little Caesar’s. You get more bang for your buck and much better pizza.

Update: I called in and explained the situation over the phone and they were super nice to work with and happy to refund my money. My family orders from here frequently and we always just pick up in store and never have an issue. I would definitely recommend just picking it up in store.

Really bad experience order one pizza and cashier told me that the wait was 16 minutes and in reality they made me wait 30 minutes because they had the pizza waiting and didn’t call me at all and when I ask to the worker he just pass the ticket to the cashier and made him handle it which I had to wait 10 minutes more for that. Is not fair to paid 27 dollars to be there like that, they need to have more dedicated employed.

Do not come to this location. Every time I’ve come the pizza tastes like it’s 2 days old. The final straw was tonight when we got our pizza and it had massive holes in it as you can see in the picture. This is not what we paid for. Go to any other location. I’ll say I’ve never had this issue with a dominoes before. The employees here truly do not care about how poorly they prepare the food. Go somewhere else and you won’t regret it.

Pizza was clearly dropped upside down and they had the nerve to just deliver it knowing it was messed up.
Edit: Talked to the manager and they remade the pizzas and sent them with their own driver. Apparently they use the 3rd-party delivery services like DoorDash, GrubHub or whatnot to deliver to some locations.
Here’s the dude carrying the pizzas sideways and then actually flipping one over on the stair!

I’ve been coming here for years. It’s definitely gone downhill and, as sad as it makes me, I think I’m finally done with this chain.
Over the years we have steadily seen a decline in Papa John’s quality. As it happens gradually over time, it’s less noticeable. I found myself making excuses for them. But tonight was the night when it was all too clear.
Tonight we ordered “The Works” and this is the pizza we got (see pics). Half olive and half with a little pepperoni. Even if that’s what we ordered I would have been disappointed. We also order a competitor’s product (think little Roman dude with a spear) that is usually considered lower quality by many, and this wouldn’t have even been passable there. (No offense, pizza pizza! We love you for what you are!)
Goodbye, Papa John’s. Maybe we can get together again some day if things change, but I have to have boundaries and this crosses the line.

Don’t do it! The last time i got pizza delivered from here, it had clearly been dropped on the way. When I called to talk to a manager, they said they were too busy. They never called back. Then, tonight I ordered two more pizzas. I decided to drive over there to make sure my pizza got home without getting ruined. Had an equally bad experience. The app said my pizza would be ready at 6:04 – 6:14. When I arrived. There were 20 or so people waiting inside for their pickup order. The cashier checked on my pizza – she said 10-15 more mins. My pizza was not ready until 6:54. About 90 mins after I ordered!!! To make matters worse, They messed up my wifes pizza. At this point, there was no way I was going to wait another 90 mins to fix it! I’ve been buying pizza from this place since they opened. I will never buy pizza here again.

Set up text alerts for my online order, but the messages never came through. Half an hour later I finally call to ask about my order which they day was done but never notified me. Asked if there was anyway I could get a new pizza since mine would be lukewarm at best by the time I drove over, picked it up, and went home, but the employee on the phone said there was nothing he could do to help me. Refused to give me the name or number of his boss/supervisor. Very unprofessional and I am very displeased.
