Great Five Guys located in Doral Plaza just steps from Publix grocery. Enjoyed a grilled cheese, Bacon Cheeseburger, fries. At the last minute added a peanut butter/ salted caramel shake……yummylicious! Everything came out piping hot. Highly recommend the freshly prepared French fries. And peanuts in the shell for a press or post snack available- gratis! Thank you Daniel B and the kitchen team members for the great service.

Ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers + 1 little fries through uber eats… the burgers didn’t have any bacon at all. The little fries didn’t even filled the cup, they were also soggy…. Worst experience ever. Staff were chitchatting and messing with each other instead of prepping orders and acting like it was a party.

My mom had gone earlier this week to get an order since they kept hanging up on her to place an order. When she arrived they told her that they didn’t speak spanish. Dani the assistant manager had told her she needed to learn english as she was in United States, which is CRAZYY and DISCRIMINATION. Unacceptable to say the least. This is crazy with the fact that most of his customers are probably hispanic since this is in Doral.

I would have give a five for the food and service. 1 for the floor. It is so greasy and slippery, I couldn’t stand still without my feet sliding. It was scary sliding to the bathroom. The floor was the same in the bathroom. Looks clean but greasy. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

The food taste good especially the all beef hot dogs, although there is nothing that stood out. I suggest they provide a tray for persons eating in. The food is very greasy. I felt guilty eating it because I am trying to loose weight. Lol

I arrived to eat at exactly 9:40 pm and they said there were no fries, for the simple fact that they didn’t want to make them and they closed the fryer, they put a whole bag of fries for the people in front of us in line and said there weren’t any fries to buy. I went to tell them that it was my mother’s first time there and they told us to arrive 1 hour early, I’ll never go back.

The food is soooo good!! However I’m commenting more on the customer service. It was awesome! Super friendly and welcoming staff. 10/10 place. The guy at the register was so sweet if only I knew his name.

Mostly the same static offer for eating. Nothing for users looking for healthier options. Baked or air fried potatoes even at twice the price for those that can consume oils; other bread options, and drink without caffeine sugar or corn syrup besides water . Still room to evolve into a healthier way to eat hamburgers

Great food and great staff, is true that is not a cheap place taking in consideration that are burgers and fries but the quality is always outstanding. Now they have shakes which is a good addition if you like it. I don’t visit this place too often but I’ll be always back again.
