COME TO MICHIGAN!!
In-N-Out Burger is basically the gold standard of fast food restaurants, and this one was at the top of its game even for a never-miss chain.
I came in near midnight. The atmosphere was bright and cheerful. I ordered two burgers and fries, and the cost out the door was $11 after I rounded up to combat human trafficking.
I NEVER round up anywhere. But this was a worthy exception.
It is literally unbelievable how personable the staff here are. I think any of them could win an audition for a role as Brad Pitt, assuming Brad Pitt is also auditioning for the role. Yet they choose to be here flipping burgers as a service to humanity. Absolutely amazing. Can I round up farther than the nearest dollar??

Visiting from out of state and had to make a stop here. The food was amazing but I do recommend a double double over the single if you actually want to taste the burger. The ingredients were super fresh as well. The people working all had a great attitude and took our order with a smile.

Fast + friendly service, reasonably priced menu items, and I’ve never seen a drive through line move so quickly. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, although it does get pretty crowded 11:30am – 1:00pm. If you need a quick bite to eat, this is the place to go, but expect a wait if you plan to go during lunch.

Finally tried it today 2025 after hearing about how good it is since 2009 ( the last time I was in Arizona). It was delicious. Service was great. The cashiers reminded me of Chick fil A cashiers. Everyone was friendly. Fries tasted fresh from the potato and the burger is good all the toppings and pink sauce complement it well. It’s like a Wendy’s burger with big Mac sauce on it is the best way to describe it.

This location has a lot of employees who work extremely well together like a well oiled machine except they forgot to include the outdoor tables in their rotation. Every table outside was dirty and only one was currently in use so that tells me they had been dirty a very long time. This would have been given five stars if they only had cleaned even a few tables so we could have enjoyed our food better without feeling like we were partaking of filth.

It’s not what it used to be, but In-N-Out is still very good and very iconic. By keeping the menu simple, they can focus on making what’s on it as best as possible. The patties are a little smaller than they used to be, but everything was just as tasty as always. Despite dealing with a HUGE lunch time crowd, service was good and we got our food in about 10 minutes (we dined inside).

Honestly, I have not been to any In-N-Out burger that they have not been very well mannered. Their establishments are exceptionally clean also. This location was no different !! Great job in and out you are the number one ranked burger shop in my opinion. The fact you have scripture on the bottom of your cups are very inspirational to many aswell, keep up the great work.

As I travel the United States and stop at In-N-Out every time I get a chance the Prescott in and out is very disappointing the staff seem kind of uneducated or don’t really want to work I’m unsure of which it is when you make special requests which I do all the time on the secret menus all over the United States this particular restaurant they got a little short-tempered with me and the manager is about 20 years old as well so I don’t think she quite understood bed in life sometimes you do have to accommodate your customer especially when they’re spending a great deal of money. I have to be honest I have been in better in and out and we’re serious this is a highly beautiful area but I won’t come back through this in and out I’ll go up to bullhead City Flagstaff to patronize there in and outs
